Lightning Protection Install or Repair
Tyler installed recessed lighting and several other projects. I'm thoroughly satisfied with his work! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in placing the lights where I needed them. It completely transformed the room and I couldn't be happier! I would gladly recommend him for any electrical work.

Employee came over I paid for the visit, $49.99. I needed to ensure that electricity was reaching my outside pool outlet. It was. I am troubleshoot my pool equipment and did not know if electricity was the problem. It is not the pool equipment problem. I paid for visit. Thank you. Close the project. I did connect the other contractors to let them know the service is complete.

Very well. Arrived on time and gave notice beforehand. Completed the job (breaker swap) in a timely manner. Seemed knowledgeable in the subject. Used the opportunity to train the customer and answered every question given.

I’ve been using David Gray plumbing since the early 90’s. 3 repipes. Misc plumbing and pipe clean outs. Always had quick service calls, same morning or by end of day. Always seemed the value was worth the cost. However, something has changed. Had two service calls last week. Both I feel were way over priced. My loyalty to David Gray Plumbing is lost. Never felt I needed to read other’s reviews. But while penning this review, I see an overwhelming number of customers are having the same impression. They have become too expensive to even call for future service. I’ll find a smaller plumbing company to finish installing my bathroom fixtures I got in today.

I called David Gray to replace a ceiling fan in the living room and install two motion censor lights on my front porch (both were already wired just need the fixtures swapped out). A little pricey, but I felt better having an electrician come out to do this work rather than a handyman especially since I wasn’t sure if the fan was going to work (the one that was previously there did not work -wasn’t sure if it was the fan or the wiring). Andrew did a good job and I would use David Gray again.

Horrible customer service. I was charged for them to come out and take apart a fan they put in 2 weeks prior and then have to rebuild because it wasn't done right the first time. Next, they put in an exhaust fan in my bathroom (didn't have an existing one) and I told both the person making my reservation and the tech who called to be sure to bring ducting since we don't have an existing fan. Instead, the guy cut a hole in the ceiling and just pushed in the fan we bought. No ducting, just sending the moisture to our attic which will only cause more mold issues! To top it off, they took all the loose insulation and just dumped it into one of my outside garbage cans - no bag - and it went everywhere. I have called 3 times, left 2 messages and no one is returning my calls. Going to have to hire another company to properly vent the exhaust fan as it should have been done in the first place. Very upset they did such a crappy job. Never using them again.

About 2 years back, I had David Gray Electrical install a chandelier which required replacing the mounting/junction box due to old wiring and missing mounting hardware. They seemed to do good work at the time, the price was right, and they operated efficiently. However, when they replaced the junction box in the attic, at the time I did not climb up there to verify their work, and they left the box uncovered with exposed wiring. I had trusted that they would do it up to code but they did not. Recently I discovered this, and called them last week to get it resolved. They were prompt in getting someone out to my house, and they arrived before their scheduled arrival time. Thankfully, even though the original work was done a couple years prior, to make it right they did not charge me for the repair. I appreciate that they owned up to their mistake and made it right. For that reason they get a good review from me instead of an F (would be A if I didn't have to deal with this).
