Chase,an intelligent, well-mannered gentleman was excellent today! Originally, Brady was coming & he does not work on Mondays so they asked if I wanted to change the date. I have so many doctors, as I have stage 4 cancer, that I must prioritize my dates. On the phone, I said,"You have a great staff. Semd someone wonderful". They did just that. Glad to be in the Comfort Club.

My tech Corey was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He arrived promptly, investigated my house and water main and was able to find and repair the leak. Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them.

They worked like a team and seemed to be happy working with each other. They went the extra mile and removed the old plumbing and cleaned up after themselves. Dominic was great!!!! He came in ready to get whatever job he had done!! I had a water leak in the ceiling of my garage & a broke handle to water shutoff vale on the outside of my home. Not only did he explain to me where the issue was coming from, but he showed me as well. Excellent customer service!!! I will definitely use David Gray Plumbing again!!!!

Brady is outstanding!!! We call him for all of our plumbing needs & he is highly effective. We will wait, do anything to make sure we can have Brady! Vaughn = so excellent that I actually feel better healthwise. I have cancer & only want the best of everyting & Brady is in that category!
