Very professional plumber - showed up on time, got the job done quickly. The space to access the plumbing under the sink was pretty tight, but he never complained, and used the right tools to get the job done quickly.

David was great to work with. He’s a very nice guy, he came in and got right to work. I really enjoyed meeting him and he did excellent work. I highly recommend him for plumbing work and I plan on using him again

Dave did an excellent job and not only replace the wax ring and cleaning up the mess, but the put in a riser at no extra charge! I would hire Dave for another job in the near future!

Dave replaced a toilet in our condo. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The toilet I purchased came with all the parts. However, as there was a cast iron flange instead of a plastic one, he recommended a different wax ring than what came with the toilet. Dave was prepared. He also provided a new supply line to ensure that everything worked when he left and would last. No short cuts. Dave was efficient and professional. He left the place clean when he was done. Would hire again.

I am a little late with this, but I can say how great these toilets are operating without any problem whatsoever and what an outstanding job David did! One of the toilets was defective he noticed after he installed it and tested it. It leaked. Here we were in the middle of the job and my husband had just gone out. I remembered that there was a plumbing supply place near me but I had no truck nor strength to get it. David went and picked it up for me, uninstalled the defective toilet and installed the new one! He even boxed up the defective one! I naturally figured this would cost me more than the quote, but David wouldn’t hear it. He arrived on time, was a perfectionist, and a gentleman. I am referring my friends who are aging and need these toilets to him. His price was very reasonable. You can tell he does this adeptly all the time. I highly recommend David Fay!

On time, Knows his job well. Replaced my old toilet

Mr. Fay came and installed the disposal and left quickly. He did nothing even remotely resembling a comprehensive plumbing inspection. We didn't realize he had not inspected the drain line until he was gone and called him about 20 minutes after he had left when water immediately backed up in the sink. He said he didn't know about the drain line inspection and couldn't return to do it then because he had another appointment, but said he would check his calendar over the weekend and would call us to arrange an appointment. He didn't until we made several more calls to him and contacted Angie's List, who said we had waited too long to contact them. Finally he called and left a voicemail saying he had spoken to Angie's List and had been advised that he was not obligated to clear the drain line of any obstructions if he found them when he tested and inspected (which we don't believe he did anyway). But not even to say, "Hey, I tested your drain and it's got a blockage?" He was also surly and unfriendly.

Great. David was on time and a pleasure to work with.

Went well after I found the line for him to hook up the frost free faucet

Upon opening the toilet, that I had purchased, some parts required for its installation were noted to be missing. I had to go back to the store to procur the needed part, to complete the install. Mr. Fay had to wait for me to pick up the missing part and he was a gracious gentleman, even though it caused him a delay in getting to his next scheduled appointment. I would definitely hire him again.

David was professional and the job went smoothly, fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend him for future jobs.

David was exceptionally easy to deal with. He emailed me to schedule the replacement, came when he said he would come and was very efficient in replacing the faucet. It works perfectly.

It went well. Dave was very friendly and professional. Had rusted valves that were difficult to remove and in an unusal position. David removed them no problem. He did a great job and I would use him again.

bathroom toilet replaced

Both went very well; David is very pleasant to work with, offers reasonable prices, and does a great job.

David was on time, polite and did a good job. Our old sink was really old and rusted and was difficult to remove and David got it off without damaging any of the surrounding sink/backsplash. Glad I hired a pro for the job, David clearly takes pride in his work, which is sadly hard to find these days. Would definitely hire again.
