Work was performed as scheduled. There was an issue with a spill coming out of the dumpsters used by the installation team to store the shingles removed. This spill was staining my driveway. When contacted about this issue, they promptly sent someone down to get this spill cleaned up. There were no workmanship issues discovered after the job was completed. <br />

David was quick to return my call, came and performed the work when he said he would (which is hard to find around here) and he did a great job! I used him again after that and will be calling on him in the future! <br />

Called David Lewis Roofing on 7 May and spoke to secretary about estimate. Mr. Lewis was prompt in his arrival on 8 May and I showed him where the leak came inside the house. He thanked me, went out to truck and got on the roof to find leak. Within a very short period he located and fixed problem. It was such an unusual experience to have someone do exactly as they said, not try to pressure you into anything not necessary and reward you with a cost which I considered more than reasonable. He thanked me again, asked me to refer anyone who had a roof problem to him and I assured him I would. Further I asked him how long he thought before I would need a replacement and he told me some 4 to 5 years. Again I would not give him an A but an A PLUS. <br /> <br />

They did a fantastic job and if I needed to have the roof done again I would definitely contact them.

When I first contacted Mr. Lewis, it was for a leaking roof. He came out the next day to perform the estimate. While he was reviewing the damage, he identified a quick fix to keep the water out of the interior of the house. <br /> He identified the source of the leak as rotten wood and provided an estimate of $1,800. <br /> We agreed on a schedule for work, and off he went. His roofing crew arrived, neatly dressed and were EXTREMELY professional around my wife and young son. They removed the damaged section, identified and removed another potential damaged area and had the new roof installed the same day. <br /> I highly recommend Mr. Lewis and his company. <br /> <br />

He did above and beyond in every way possible. He cleaned up after himself and was cheaper than other people. He was great in all categories.

They finished everything in two days and did a great job.

<br /> Original ridge vent was installed when the roof was replaced in 2010 by Wilson's Roofing of Bay County. After a full year of use I had the ridge vent inspected by two other roofing companies and found that the vent was not done correct. It was causes a strong odor in the house due to the fact that the hot air was back flowing into the living area. Since Lewis replaced the ridge vent with one that meets the required ventilation I no longer have a problem.

He ordered 20 year shingles and they ordered 30-35 year shingles, which are much better shingles. They put them on the roof and he said to hell with it and charged me the same. They did a great job. They replaced 9 or 10 pieces of plywood instead of 3 or 4 and didn't charge me extra. The owner was more worried about doing a good job rather than the price.

They were very good. They were fine, grate and wonderful. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Job was done quickly, Workers were good. Teamwork was good. Safety was good. They put up with my curiosity and answered my questions or addressed things I pointed out to them.

The job went extremely well. They worked quickly. They did everything that they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them. I have recommended them to couple of people who needed some repair and roofing work to be done. Their price was fair. The quality of work is so far good. I would use them in the future.

They were excellent. He had a really good price and was very competitive. The clean up was faily good.

I called the company and talked to the owner, described what I needed done to one of my rental houses. He got back to me within the next day with an estimate. I stopped by his shop a few days later to go over the details of the job, picking the shingles, skylight and what not, then signed a contract. He told me it would be done within a week, but then, because of an opening in the schedule, they were able to get to it in about 2 days. They completed the job quickly. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly. It looks like the job was done right. I'm going to have my own house reroofed later this summer, and I plan to do business again with David Lewis Roofing.
