He brought and installed top-rated Schlage locks and knobs. He also keyed the locks so we only need one key! He definitely guarantees customer satisfaction and we were extremely pleased.

Excellent - Dave's wife took the call and Dave showed up as scheduled and expediently although it wasn't an emergency. Dave quickly fixed the problem and installed a new door knob keyed to our existing keys! I highly recommend Dave for any locksmith needs.

The service was excellent! He is very knowledgeable about locks and provided us with advice on what locks to install. He also fixed one of our doors that kept jamming - it turned out it was an issue with the lock.

I requested an estimate to re-key door locks for my home. Response was timely for the quote and follow-up to make an appointment was very easy. David was punctual on the scheduled date and time, complied with all COVID-19 protocols, and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time. He explained the work to be done, confirmed the estimate, and made sure I tested all of the locks to ensure they were in working order before presenting the final invoice for payment. Of note, was the fact that he came on a Sunday afternoon for the service call and I appreciated how flexible he was to do the work. I would recommend David to anyone looking to upgrade their home security through re-keying or lock replacement.

From start to finish, I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Lita answered when I called and was so pleasant and diligent about getting us a quote and scheduled service time. David came within a couple of hours after finishing another job, arriving earlier than expected (which was wonderful). He had the lock fixed within about 15 minutes. He was so kind and professional and answered every question I could’ve thought of before I even asked. He will absolutely be my first call and recommendation in the future!

The keys to the front door would not turn to unlock the door. I was locked out of the house. I requested a quote for an emergency situation. I got an immediate call back. David was there in minutes. He explained what happened, and replaced the pins in the lock. I checked the door keys. They all worked to lock and unlock the door. Excellent service, good price.

Great experience. Lita responded to my query right away. She asked for me photos to improve quality of estimate. They scheduled me in at my convenience very quickly. David explained everything that he was going to do. He had to make some adjustments along the way and kept me informed the whole way. He did the work we agreed up on quickly and helped adjust a few other things that were off. Would definitely hire again.

Our aging front-door lock became almost impossible to lock or unlock. Within *14 minutes* of my sending an email to David Locksmith, (i) Lita called, (ii) discussed the problem with me, (iii) scheduled a slot the next morning (which was the earliest time we were available; David probably would have come out the same day if we had been home), and (iv) sent me a confirmation email. Lita was very nice to talk with and very professional in explaining and setting everything up. The next morning, David called before arriving a few minutes early at 11:25. He saw the lock needed to be replaced, adjusted a new lock to work with our existing keys, installed it, and ensured the lock worked smoothly from both the inside and out. By 11:40, I was writing out the check for the service. The work was expertly done and we've been very pleased to have a new lock that doesn't require strenuous effort to lock and unlock.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting David from David Locksmith. He was professional, punctual, and pleasant. I had a disc lock on my storage unit that had a very small opening to cut, which made it a little harder to break than the standard padlock. He used an electrical device. The office staff at David locksmith was very pleasant and helpful in scheduling. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend David Locksmith.

The company called me back two minutes after my request on Angie’s List. Within two hours David was at our house and fixed the broken door lock. Very professional. There was a small mistake on the billing but their office was extremely responsive and solved the issue in no time once I made them aware of it. Highly recommended.

I had called Larson Doors and the agent advised me that while he did not have a current, exact replacement for my old door lock, that he could send a lock costing about $50.00 that could be made to fit and do the job. I sent for the lock assembly and when it arrived, I took one look at the complicated jumble in the box, and I arranged for David Locksmith to come out and install it. David's lady phone person, was professional, very pleasant and stated that David could come to the house as early as the next day and do the job for between $129 and $149, depending on the difficulty. On the next Saturday, he arrived one minute early, and launched immediately into exchanging old lock for new lock. There were a lot of parts, and drilling to make the new lock fit. And 2 holes in the door had to be made for the new lock. In something over an hour, he brought us out to look at this work: it was absolutely perfect. The new brass lever and plates made the door look new. David was easy to work with and it was a pleasure to pay him $149.00. I would use him again for any lock work. It would have cost between 500 and 600 dollars to replace the upscale storm door (which still looks nice) that we had installed a long time ago on our front door. So a very good value.

David Locksmith is AWESOME. No kidding; this company is wonderful. Their communication both in scheduling (Lita) and on the job (David) were very responsive, articulate, and thoughtful. The work to rekey my sliding glass door was done on-time, quickly, and flawlessly. Best of all, on his own initiative, David took the time to repair a sticky new front door lockset. He explained the proper way to install doorknobs, the damage that badly-made copy keys can do to a lock, and made me 2 perfect new copy keys. Extremely reasonable cost for above-and-beyond service from an honest, experienced professional. I highly recommend David Locksmith; you can hire them with full confidence.

David came the morning after we called. He told us the lock would have to be removed from the locked door, and that would cost $149. We agreed and he quickly crunched the metal parts and extricated them through the round hole without cracking the wood or breaking the glass. He had the right parts in his truck to replace the broken ones, which cost another $20. He said other locksmiths would have cut the lock out of the door and then we would have had to repair the door; maybe that's true. In any case, we got our lock fixed within half an hour and were quite satisfied.

Totally professional, accommodating, quick to respond, good on site customer service, did an excellent job with little fuss. accommodated us for a 7:30 appointment. Would definitely use this service again. Cost was $149 but I added a tip to the overall bill.
