David Scott Construction

10/10 would recommend.

I first got an estimate from Dave on the recommendation of my real estate agent while I was deciding whether to purchase the house. Once I went through with the purchase, I got three other estimates, but ultimately decided to go with Dave. He was very communicative with me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I was also impressed that when I pointed out a discrepancy between the estimate and the final invoice he readily corrected the error. I also benefited greatly from some demolition work inside my house that I paid Dave and his partner to do on days when they couldn't work on the roof. They were very efficient and cleaned up work areas thoroughly.

Mr. Scott and his crew did a very good job. Were on time every day. They cleaned up after the job was finished. I recommend them to anybody that needs a new roof.

From the moment we met Dave Scott, we could tell he is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. His bid was a little higher than the others we got, but it was clear the work would be top quality. He took the time to explain everything he thought needed to be done in detail and why it was important to do it. Dave's operation is small -- himself and three very experienced roofers do all the work, and their emphasis is on quality all the way. Dave insists on using only the best materials and on taking the time to make sure the job is done right. He ran ice and water guard underneath the siding and used a special high quality underlayment. Dave also uses a small dumpster for disposal of materials to avoid damage to driveway and lawn. Also takes great care to protect landscaping and siding from damage and makes sure everything is cleaned up thoroughly when the job is done.
