I did some thorough searching online after the contractors I usually work with were busy. Ilan called me back very shortly after I put a request for information. I believe it was a Sunday and he was ready to do the work the very next day….i was not haha. My son was born the next day. Regardless, I scheduled the work for a few days after, a Wednesday. The guy showed up with all material, and got right to work. It was a two day job due to the amount of water damage in the painting required. I am including before, and after pictures of the most troublesome area. It was restored as new, and the guy even did some kitchen caulking.

They did an absolutely incredible job. The response was timely (Ilan was able to take a look the very next day). The price quoted was very competitive (we had received 2 other quotes beforehand), and they were able to accommodate my Condo building's very strict insurance and procedural requirements. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and was well done. I have no notes, and will definitely hire them for any future projects we have around the apartment.

He came over to the house that same afternoon, evaluated the situation and provided me with an estimate. He started the project the very next day. Ilan and his staff were very professional and timely. They took their time and did it right. Ilan is very customer friendly and his crew worked extremely hard.
