Davidson Roofing Company

The work they did is not what I signed in the contract. They did a real scam and the work they did is horrible. They're supposed to replaced my gutter which means taking them down and putting new ones but they covered my gutters with something white that they peeled. When I objected the work they did, they said "we just repaired them". Moreover, they wanted to charge me for the repair which is $995. Before I could pay them, very hard rain storm came. July 15 - he said he did not replaced and said he only repaired the gutters. Then he fixed it, but water continued to come over the gutters. Next storm, it came from the gutter from the back and front. Now he wants to come back and fix it but I don't want him around my house. I would rate him -1 if I could. I was a mess.

Roof inspection

From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning. My yard and driveway are completely cleaned up-couldn't even tell they were here. Ease of payments as well. Date of Service: 2020-04-29 04:00:00.000

This was a big job with a replacement of a 6 unit condominium metal roof. Carlos kept me up to date along the way and the team kept the job site clean and the rotted wood they found they replaced and it was a very reasonable charge.

Carlos was easy to talk to, courteous and very helpful with any questions I had. He came out immediately to review the project and a quote was presented very soon after. Prices are in line with competitors. His crew came out on time, and worked diligently, having the project done on the 2nd day. Cleanup was very well done. The roof looks great, matches the house shingles. I'm so happy I went with them! When my house needs re-roofing, I know who I'm calling!

Wonderful team was able to get a crew to come out and inspect AND repair the roof in the same day very quickly. Greatly appreciated the excellent customer service and quick turn around.

Davidson Roofing replaced a roof for us after a hail storm. Professional, courteous, and quality work throughout the entire project. We had a leak around our dormers after a couple of months, which they came out and repaired within 24 hours of my call to them. From the original quote to the roofing, to the follow-up service ... I was very pleased.

Davidson replaced the roof on our 20-year old house. George Davidson came to the house and personally provided the price estimate, a catalog with shingle options and proof of insurance for the business. George estimated that the roof would take 1 1/2 days to complete. It actually took a little bit longer as we had to have 4 sheets of plywood replaced, which slowed the job a little. The crew worked two long days to complete our roof showing up at around 7am and generally leaving after dark. I guess I should have expected it, but my only gripe is that we found a couple handfuls of roofing nails scattered around on the ground after the job was done. We purchased our own magnet and tracked around the driveway area, in particular, to try and make sure that a nail didn't end up in one of our tires. We have since recommended Davidson multiple times and several neighbors have used them to replace their roofs.

I had a pesky, persistent family of squirrels insisting on nesting in my soffits each Spring. Davidson roofing squirrel proofed the area with material that has kept my soffits squirrel free ever since.

The project went very well. There were a few punch-list items, but they were corrected very quickly.

I am a very particular person and they could not have been more professional. They explained all my options and cost, benefit, quality and warranties. They listed everything they would do and did it according to GAF's requirement to get the GAF additional warranty. ! I liked the fact that they had their own office and didn't work out of a truck. Great Job by a responsible local company!

Excellent - Davidson was very thorough in examining the metal roof of our home to determine where repairs were necessary and offering recommendations for future consideration. Their inspection staff and the work crews were all thorough, kept the yard and sidewalk clean and clear every day, and finished ahead of schedule working through the weekend to avoid a rainy week ahead. We are so pleased with the work done on the main roof and our recoated porch roofs are beautiful!

George Davidson, the owner, jumped right in and made everything right again by allowing his team to have an opening to re-roof my flat roof. It went from the bad, the unlicensed contractor, to the great in one week!

They did a great job on the estimate. He did a great job with providing the estimate. It was extremely professional and highly well marketed but it was just more expensive than the other company. He was extremely punctual, extremely professional. I have nothing but positive things to say about them other than the price being much higher than the other company.

The owner, George Davidson, supervised the work and personally interacted with me and my daughter whose house needed the roof. He also made recommendations that improved the look and quality of the roof. The workers were very prompt and cleaned up everything. Having dealt with many companies in my lifetime with varying satisfaction I have to say this was among the best if not the best I have experienced.

It went perfectly! The roof looks even better than I imagined! They removed the very old roof first. Upon inspection, the roof bed on the small addition (utility room) was partly rotten, & so it needed to be partially replaced. The entire job was completed in one day and they cleaned up very well. I am very happy with their work and affordable price.
