"First of all when he hired us I delivered all materials and planned on starting the week after but then we had rain for a month solid so that pushed all our jobs back and after signing a contract he changed the scope of the job then I had a heart attack and heart surgery and lost my brother and then had COVID-19 sars su o there were a lot of factors not mentioned by the customer and I was not convicted of contracting fraud so therefore he is a liar."
"She is not the customer and we did everything and more than was discussed originally with her mother and father and the scope of the work changed as we were working there was a ice storm a flood and rain for months that pushed all our jobs back and my men were 90 percent complete on the job all we had left to do was install the shower,flooring ,cabinets and final coat of paint and during the project I suffered a heart attack and had heart surgery and two rotator cuff surgeries and if anything is wrong I myself was never told or were any of my personnel was told yes I am guilty of the job taking longer than usual but the house flooded during the process of us working there so all the Sheetrock and insulation that was completed had to be done all over and I didn’t charge any extra for materials or labor because she had no flood insurance and the daughter that is saying all of this wants to be in control and I told her I had to do as the homeowner wants not as she wants me to and this was actually the third house we were doing for the customer so if we were as she is speaking I don’t think they would have continued to use us and also recommend us to other customers that we also did work for and as a carpenter/roofer there’s always another carpenter/roofer that will say things about their competitors but I’m not one of them because I don’t judge others because I have someone to answer to once I’m called from here and I believe what ever I do here I will have to answer for and we all have faults but not all admits I’m not perfect and never claimed to be be I try to do better than I did yesterday because I know I can."

"During the course of doing the work agreed to by customer and myself the customer changed the scope of the work agreed to and caused the job to take longer than I told him I was going to be able to be there because we have other customers to take care of and he didn’t pay $20,000.00 l gave him a estimate materials and labor and gave him a budget to work with on his materials and he extended the limits of the budget therefore I would not continue to do all the extra work he wanted done."
