David's Tree Service

The job went great! David arrived the first day as agreed and asked if he could start at a later time during the day. Another customer had a tree fall through their ruff and they needed to get the branches removed so that they could get their ruff covered to prevent further damage. I understood the situation and really appreciated David showing up in person to let me know. He and his team showed up a few hours later and began working. They remained on my property until dark completing the back. My home sits on about a half acre and all of the trees are very tall and all of them were in need of some serious pruning. They arrived early on the second day and did an amazing job. They removed all of the hazardous branches from over the roof and pruned up all the trees to look very beautiful. They cleared away all of the branches and debris. David and a few of his crew came on the third morning and blew my roof and gutters and cleaned up my patio and curb. My home looks absolutely beautiful. I'm so pleased with the work that was done and I will be using David and his team later when I'm ready to do some stomp work. One last note. I've had other trees cut down in the past with stomps left that were uneven and unsightly. The 2 trees that David cut down for me were left close to the ground and very even. He also went back and evened up some of the other stomps and gave me a great price to grind the stomps out whenever I'm ready.

I called David on a Monday and he came to my house within 15 minutes to look at the property. He was very fair on his price. Him and his crew came out on time as discussed. They were professional in their craft. After the job was completed they cleaned up all the little branches and raked the yard to ensure all the little twigs were disposed of from the front yard. I will definitely call in the future for their services and will recommend them to anyone in need of services.

David was really quick to come over and provide an estimate. He was over the same day, and very professional. Service was scheduled for a week later. <br>Due to rain in the forecast, they came over a day early. Job was completed in a day. There was one issue of not being able to get to an existing stump to remove it, but it is not a concern. They did a wonderful job shaping the trees, and the clean up was well done.  <br>They exceeded my expectations completely. I will be calling them back when I have the funds to deal with two other trees on the property. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

David and his team were amazing.  They went above and beyond what we expected.  They had a big job to do for us and they did it well and cleaned up everything when they were finished.  Very professional people.  We will gladly use their services again.

David answered my initial call and set up an appointment with me to look at trees and provided cost estimate of service at that time. They scheduled two days to complete the work but were able to do all the work in one. His crew was very professional, timely, and worked diligently. They knew exactly what to do and David walked through the property with me at midday to ensure the work was to my satisfaction. He returned at day's end to again walk through the property making sure they completed all the work we discussed. David was able to identify all of our trees for us. We asked him when we should have the work done again, he recommended in two years.

After reading the many excellent reviews for Arbor Tex both on BBB listing and on Angie's List, we contacted the company for a cost estimate. David responded promptly and arrived later that day to see the trees that needed work done. He pointed out several tree branches that needed more attention in order to shape the trees properly (balanced). Also he advised us us to cut down one large branch with a squirrel nest near the trunk that could eventually rot and fall on the house.  The cost estimate was as we expected, so we agreed on a tentative work day. That day/week we had heavy rain, so he scheduled our trees for a week later. David and his crew arrived that morning as expected and began work on several trees. My wife and I were very pleased with the results later that day.  They carefully cut out all the mistletoe and dead branches out of two trees (they cut out the mistletoe "roots" as required on larger good branches). They cut off the lower branches of a hackberry tree that were twisted and ugly - it looks so much better now than before, as do our other trees now. After their pruning work was done, they carried off all branches, and even raked up the small branches and leaves. In summary, we are very impressed with Arbor Tex, and will highly recommend their tree service to my friends and neighbors. <br />

David was very pleasant. His employee arrived at 06:30 and was finished by 08:30. He cleaned up the work area.

They had a tough time with the wet ground. Got one truck stuck badly making a deep and large rut. They still finished in two days, filled in the ruts and left the area as clean as can be expected. David and his crew do a fine job. <br />

These guys are just the best!  We needed this service done because we had a very large dead oak tree that was close to our house,  but we were hesitant because of past experiences... not only with tree services, but with contractors in general (never returning phone calls, not showing up when they say they will, not being on the job when the job is being done, below average results, etc..).  I joined Angie's list to try to find a tree service with good reviews and after reading the reviews, I decided to give Arbor Tex a try - and it was worth joining!  David and his team are a breath of fresh air!  David contacted me the next day and we set up an appointment at my house the following week.  I was going to call and remind him the day before because my experience is that no one shows when they say they will.  I forgot to do this, but it didn't matter.  David called me because he was going to be a little later than he thought!  Then he texted me again to say he was on his way.  Who does that these days??  He met with me and my husband and thoroughly looked over everything we wanted done.  He took a few minutes to review the work again and then gave us a quote.  While it was a little more than my husband wanted to pay, he felt very comfortable with David, so we agreed.  It was going to be a 2 day job, but David called me the day before to say that they were waiting on a part for the chipper, but he would bring the whole crew and they could get it done in 1 day.  And they did!  They arrived when they said and began working right away.  David was there the entire time and worked along side of his team which we appreciated.  Every member on the crew was nice, friendly, professional, hard working and efficient.  They hauled off what we requested and left what we wanted left. They cleaned up after themselves as well and left our yard intact...no damage from falling trees because they lower everything very carefully or drop it into their truck bed. It was a busy day, but they got it done.  These guys also do landscaping and flagstone work.  I would use them for anything they say they can do and I hope they stay in business a long time so we can use them again.  Thanks David...we appreciate you and all the guys!! <br />

Everything went Exactly as we were told it would be. The crew  arrived right on time and  trees were removed, stump ground up on the large oak, & all the debris cleaned up. Arbor Tex Tree Service seems to really want to do a job the right way, the first time. The workers all work non stop, except to break for lunch and it is amazing to see their skills in taking down a large tree that was near power lines on two sides, and our home on another side. Nothing was damaged, including our drive way and sidewalk. We had gotten other estimates and this was by far the best. Also, two of our neighbors have used Arbor Tex, and recommended them to us. We have already recommended them to others and  we will use them again, should the need arrive. <br />

They showed up on time and got to work quickly. I had to leave to go to a doctors appointment and left my son at the house to pay after they were done if I wasn't back yet. They had everything cut and cleaned up before I made it home and everything looked great. Trees were gone and so were all of the limbs. I should have had them remove the stumps but didn't think about it at the time but I will have them come back out to do that. Price was a little high compared to my other estimates but they were the more professional. They also brought me a cord of firewood to use and stacked it for me. <br />
