Great. Only exception was some of the banter between the members of the crew which included Dawn herself. One lady conmented on how petty my costume jewelry was. The jewelry was in my closet. She had no reason to be in there let alone snoop. It left me feeling a little nervous.

We had a few bumps to iron out. Just basic getting to know each other. Once that was done all went smoothly. I have a strong personality and I some times don't make my self clear enough. We are now on the same page and Dawn and her crew come every other week and do a great job cleaning my house.

No need to look further. Dawn's cleaning service is the firm you've been looking for to clean your home. Dawn herself sets a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and performance. We gave Dawn a tour of our home, and let her know what we wanted to be done in each room. She gave us a price that was $20.00 per cleaning LESS than our previous service, and Dawn and her team delivered a much better result in less time. We now have Dawn's cleaning service clean through the house every 3 weeks. Don't make a mistake, Dawn's Cleaning service is the real deal, and she will deliver!

The three women showed up exactly on time, went over what they were going to do, and asked if I had anything special that I needed done. Then they started cleaning. At the end the lead worker asked me to check out everything out. Everything was great. I would recommend them to anyone in my family.

There were onetime. They worked hard and did a very good job. Dawn saw a leak on one of the toilets and pointed it out. I was very glad she saw it before it became a big problem.

During the walk-through, I pointed out several things that were not cleaned or cleaned poorly. I asked if the top of a piece of furniture, with items on it, was dusted and the reply was "yes." Later that day I checked it and it had not been dusted. It's impossible to "white glove" an entire house during the walk-through. After the provider left, I had to clean several things that were part of the service.

Cleaner was late without any call. Apologized for being late. Prior job took longer than expected. Coincidentally received request for rating service (from Angies) when none had been performed and cleaner had yet to show up. Didn't know what was going on because owner of the business had not been in touch with the person she assigned to our job.
