Wonderful experience. I reached out on Angi on Saturday morning. Received a text a little bit later asking for more information- make and model number, etc. I was given a possible diagnosis with pricing information and the in-house diagnosis/visit price etc. We scheduled for Monday - all through text an hour later. David communicated arrival time at the beginning of our arranged window, he was very pleasant and was able to explain to me what was going on in terms I could understand. Turns out w the electrical storms we have had recently, the dishwasher just shut itself down. In my attempt to fix the issue earlier, I had plug the machine into a different plug which was the wrong plug to use under the sink. The dishwasher came right again but needed an update. Honestly, he could have charged me to replace the mother-board and I wouldn’t be any wiser. He left, charging me only the discussed visit cost which comes with a 30 day guarantee if indeed it does need replacing. I will call Daybreak/David again with any of my future appliance needs
