Went great. Called DB yesterday when they were closed. Received phone call from Dave later that day. Explained my problem and he came out this morning. He was running late and called to let me know. He was very nice and professional. Did a great job. Very reasonable in their pricing. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.

Dave was excellent and very thorough--within days there was a reduction in the problem and should be fully eradicated in a few months. Highly recommend.

great the tech explained what we was doing, and i have seen a great deucetion in the cockroches and mice appearance they even will come back thought out the year to reapply

Went great. Rich came out when he said was going to. I showed him our issue areas and he thinks the ants came in with some new plants/flowers I put in this year. Gave me a quote for annual service and we accepted the next day. He was out again 5 days later - with a confirm and a 20 minute before phone call. Not only treated the whole house but also the plants that were infested with ants.

overall good but when i noticed there was still wood shavings from the carpenter ants I contacted the company and never heard back. The problem did resolve itself within a week on its own but it would have been nice to get a call back.

I am so happy to say that they eradicated the problem. The fellow that came to do the work was knowledgeable and very nice. I would use them again in a heart beat!!

The guy found the hole and built a trap for the squirrels to go out but not back in. He eventually got rid of the trap when we no longer heard squirrels, but he wouldn't plug the hole permanently even though we requested it (my guess, he kept open the option of this happening again so he could get more business). I hired a local friend to plug the hole.

Response was great, but I requested and needed some diligence done to determine mice entry, and never received a detail report, and on second requested visit tech did not have materials needed to plug holes. I the owner followed up and found the entry point myself.

Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue.

The extermination did the trick

I have a enormous fear of rodents and I could hear them in my ceiling. Appointment was set immediately and Rich was on time. He allowed me to explain my issues and he then explained to me exactly what he would do and their services. When he arrived he spotted the point of entry for these creatures and went right to work. I paid for a year contract and they have been out for follow up appointments multiple times. They have displayed nothing but professionalism and patience. I felt like I was going crazy hearing the rodents in my ceiling and it was driving my cats crazy because they couldn't get to them. The price was well worth the service provided. I appreciate these guys and thank them so much for their patience and understanding. Very easy to get and appointment because Michelle is definitely on top of it.

I cannot say enough about how great they were. From the moment I called, Michelle in the office was very helpful and friendly. They came out within two days and Dave was thorough and informative. He gave us some great tips for preventative care. He was polite and fast. I appreciate the time he took to explain.
