Lucas from DC57 Construction did an excellent job replacing our stair railings. The finished work looks great, and the quality of the installation really shows. They also communicated consistently before and during the project, keeping us updated on progress and timelines. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with—I would definitely recommend them.

We had attic stairs installed. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. They came in, did the work and left everything spotless! They are extremely professional and do expert work! We are very happy!

Installed a sturdy hand rail p/grab rail along the wall abutting my cellar stairs, including a second hand rail on the opposite wall as well. Now I feel safe using that stairway…

DC57 construction just finished their second project in my home. Lucas designed my loft area to create more storage and Tiago did a great job building the storage area. Tiago does beautiful finish work. I have done a lot of projects over the years and Tiago and Lucas design and build better than any construction company I have ever seen. Lucas designed and built a beautiful red oak bookcase/computer station in my living room that came out great. I am planning a third project with Lucas and Tiago to add wainscoting and to change the stair treads in my home. I know they will do a quality job because Tiago and Lucas are excellent finish carpenters that try hard to make the customer happy. The only problem with this company is they are booked out a few months, so you will have to wait but it’s definitely worth the wait because Lucas and Tiago are the best design and build finish carpenters at a reasonable price.

Had a 10*8 shed foundation built by DC57 construction and Lucas and his crew had it built within a hour. It is sturdy and level just like I asked for it be built. I will be using DC57 construction for any future projects.

They did a tremendous job in taking my old porch down and building a new porch they used Pressure treated lumber then covered by with an AZEK boards to cover all around it looks so beautiful. The stairs are unbelievable they used a Portrait type stair do they are beautiful the best detail work I have ever seen in my sixty years Idk

Everything was perfect . They gave me an exact number on how much it would cost and it was exactly that with no surprises. The work was done very well and quickly . Perfection

As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better.

A top-flight company from the beginning to the end of the project. Responsive during quoting, negotiating, and scheduling. Arrived right on time with all the right parts, which they had to special order. Did the work flawlessly and efficiciently, and left the place spotless. As an added plus, the whole crew is really pleasant to have around the house.

I had a very different request, I needed an outdoor dog ramp for my dogs. Lucas called me (on a Sunday) and we set the appt. He and Tiago were on time, and had a solution in 15 minutes. The work was completed the same week and we LOVE it! One of my dogs is already using it like its a new toy. Lucas and Tiago were on time, polite, and cleaned up like they were never there. Highly Recommend. I'm sure I will be calling them again. THANK YOU GUYS!

Lucas was prompt on contacting me. He and Tiago came and looked over the project and gave me an fair price. They came to do the work on time. They went above and beyond to make sure our project looks and works well. And they cleaned up after. We are very pleased with their work.
