DCM Home Remodeling

It went well. DCM Home Remodeling was the General Contractor responsible for the layout, framing, drywall etc... Very good work. The Plumber and electrician that they used also did very good work. The finished Powder Room looks like it was always part of the bedroom. My wife and I are very satisfied with the finished product.

I used Dan and his team to do a whole list of tasks around a house I purchased. He replaced sagging basement steps to cutting through cinder block to install a new wall. He handled all permitting and inspections with the township. The work was done on time and was very good quality. Dan is easy to deal with and right on the money with the budget. It was a little more expensive than I thought but he did spend quite a bit of time doing the work so not totally unreasonable. I never had to follow up or have him come out to repair anything so he is totally worth what he charges. He even offered subcontractors for work he would not be able to finish according to my timeline. I would not hesitate to hire him again or refer him to friends/family.

DCM flooring did a great job restoring the hardwood floors of my home.  Our home is more than 20 years old and we have original hardwood throughout the open first floor, including the kitchen, dining room, hall and foyer. Dan completed the job in two phases over two weekends, many months apart (our choice) at our convenience.  He and his crew were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up before leaving.  Dan was very responsive by phone and text, answering questions and providing updates on the project.  Before beginning the job, Dan came to our home to provide samples and choices.  Afterward, he recommended industry-standard gliders for our furniture as well as products to maintain the floors.  Dan?s price was reasonable and we are more than pleased with the results.  I would recommend DCM to anyone interested in quality work at a fair price. <br />

It was a good experience for my first time having someone remodel and paint my kitchen. Once the floor I picked out comes in, Dan will set up a time to install it for me. All went well and I would call them again for other work to be done. Thanks for everything!

My Floors are beautiful to say the least ! Dan came to my house while I was on vacation & did most of the work while we were down the shore that was so convenient ! I honestly loved how Dan did his work at my house ! I wouldn't change a thing about all his beautiful work ! If anyone mentions they have work to be done at their house I'm the first to speak up to recommend Dan Mcgourik ! He does it all there's no job he can't do perfectly ! <br />

Dan came and gave an all inclusive estimate. We agreed on a service time frame and he answered all our questions and concerns. Dan checked in several times while the floors were drying too. He made sure we were thrilled with the results. We are hoping to use Dan's services in the near future and would highly recommended DCM Home Remodeling.
