We were both so pleased with Robert! At the time I contacted him I told him what is wanted done. We removed the carpet from the room we wanted done and wanted a pet proof and water resistant floor installed. We didn’t know what exactly we wanted and Robert jumped right in and asked the a bunch of questions. He also educated about the types of flooring available and their differences between them. He asked what color flooring we want and I sent him multiple pictures. He contacted me back and offered to bring samples which he did pretty quickly! Upon his arrival he’s showed us the samples, we selected what we wanted and he measured the room. He immediately went to order the flooring. It arrived in about a week and he was here as soon as our schedules permitted. He did an amazing job! In fact, we had him come back to do a second room. On top of his knowledge and professionalism, he’s a kind, hardworking and honest man. If you hire him you won’t be disappointed!
