the owner was rushed, and kept cleaning with dirty, black water instead of refreshing. I'm disabled and mostly bedridden, so couldn't check the outside work which turned out to be shoddy. no wonder she was done in 10 minutes. terrible service and company

They were good, quick and efficient. They were on time and were ready to work when they arrived. They did an excellent job of inside and out and did everything that I wanted. It actually took them under and hour and we have quite a few windows.

Didn't show on 9/17. Showed 50' late on 9/19. They soaped a window, removed 2 screens and knocked over outdoor solar lights and then left. Lady in charge got totallly bent out of shape when she told us that 4 windows were over 10 feet so counted as two window===so--my husband got a tape measure and showed her they were 8 1/2 feet. She went crazy and told crew to stop and leave. And they did.

After service was performed I went around to check work. Some windows were cleaned well some weren't. Too much water was used on some of the inside windows leaving window sills, walls, and floors needing to be cleaned. Three screens were bent and no longer fit tight on the windows; some were not put back on correctly. I am now going over windows, trying to fix bent screen frames, clean up after the work was completed and check each window to make sure the right screen is on the right window and on the correct way. Lastly, I payed extra for the screens to be cleaned --my expectation (perhaps my fault for assuming) was that they would take the two seconds to wipe down the bottom of the window sill before putting the screen back on. This was not the case for most of the windows. The bright spot- they were friendly. I was very excited to have D&D come out due to the many positive reviews but unfortunately I, myself can't give them one. Frustrated to have paid $253 to have half of the job done well.

Excellent service and did additional windows at no extra cost. They were a few minutes late because of not being familiar with location. I highly recommend their service. They were courteous and cleaned up when they were done.

D&D did an excellent job! They did a very thorough job, and they even cleaned the sliding door tracks. Everything looked great when they finished, and they worked diligently and did as much as quickly as possible, while still doing a great job.

Great. ..they've been to my house a few times

They arrived 5 hours late (my appointment was at 10: they arrived at 3. This was a week day, so I had to take off from work and had made plans for that afternoon that I had to cancel), but once they finally arrived, they completed the work quickly and thoroughly. My "four" hours equaled two hours of work by two people, with a supervisor standing by. They finished the yard in an hour and then offered to neaten up the front yard and walkway, which they did. I was pleased with their work, but unhappy about their tardiness. The supervisor (owner?) did call shortly before the originally scheduled time to say they'd be a couple of hours late, which turned into the five hours. In considering possible future assignments, I asked what they normally charged for yardwork services and couldn't afford the cost, so that is the main reason I won't be hiring them again.

The kids washed windows as opposed to cleaning them; quality was so-so. The kids needed adult supervision; they were not very professional.

They do a good job. Scheduling was an issue. They showed up the first time and it was too hot to complete the job. Later rescheduled, but then they cancelled at last minute due to emergency. Did not return my calls, eventually re-scheduled but showed up late. I had used them before and knew they did a good job, so I was willing to put up with these problems, otherwise I would have moved another service provider.

I scheduled with D & D two times. The first time, they not only did not show up, they didn't call. The second time, they did not call or show up. These people should not be in business!
