Kitchen Remodel
I cannot say enough good things about Dylan and Dylan, and their team! Austin and Kylie really are the dream team. They showed up on time, worked their butts off, and made our kitchen remodel even more beautiful than expected. After going through a horrendous experience remodeling our master bath, we found D&D and the experience could not have been more different with them-infinitely better! They made the daunting task of a remodel project easy, seamless, and a wonderful experience. They really were our partners throughout each and every step. Truly, I cannot say how easy and positive it was to work with them. We will use them for ALL of our remodeling projects going forward.

We've now used D&D for both our kitchen remodel and to build out an office space for my wife. Both times, they were fantastic to work with. The crew, and Austin in particular, was great to work with. D&D remodeling worked on our basement bathroom remodel in Centennial. They were great to work with, starting with the remodel design all the way through the finished project. Dylan was very helpful in negotiatingthe cost to fit our budget. They showed up every day as planned -very promptly and were professional and clean . Basement Remodeling
We loved working with D&D Remodeling! They recently completed a full basement remodel in our home in Westminster. The full remodel included the addition of a bedroom (and new window) and bathroom. We are beyond thrilled about the final result and will for sure continue to work with them in the future. What stood out to me the most (compared to other companies): They both own the design and the construction end to end, making it a very smooth experience for us. Working with them on the design, they really listened to how we wanted to use the space and what general style we like, and then provided an amazing suggestion to us that used the space much better than what we would have ever come up with. All suggestions came with detailed explanations and alternative options and our feedback was always taken into consideration for the next version. Basement Remodeling
From the beginning of the process, we were very happy with D & D Remodeling. When Dylan came out for the initial visit, he not only measured the space but truly listened to what we needed. He found solutions for challenges, figuring out ways to maximize the space that we had to create an apartment for our mom. While he took on the design, he asked for our input at each stage. It was great to have the same construction team work at our place throughout the process. The team, led by Austin, was prompt and professional. The daily updates on the Buildertrend App let us see the project from start to finish. The team was always responsive to our questions, even coming out a month later to help with a couple of minor issues. We now have a fantastic space that our mom is excited to come and move into. We lived in the house during the months-long remodel, and their good natured personalities, timeliness (always on time), and respect for our space and routines made that easy. I hired D&D to remodel two bathrooms and a few other rooms. The estimate/cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The whole process was incredibly seamless from start to finish. Dylan took my rough vision, fine-tuned it, and turned out exactly what I wanted! The whole crew took the stress out of every step of the project - something I REALLY appreciated. Dylan was incredibly responsive during the whole project as we worked out last minute details and changes, and the crew showed up on-time every single day (unless communicated otherwise), worked diligently all day, and at the end of the day, cleaned up and took progress photos for the online client portal. I seriously couldn't have had a better experience! I have other projects around the house and will definitely be using D&D again!

After having a few bids, we decided to go with D&D Remodeling. This was for multiple reasons. At his initial visit, it was clear that Dylan listened to us; our ideas, concerns and financial parameters. He was able to share ideas we had not even considered and gave us confidence in moving forward with our primary bathroom and closet extension remodel. Dylan maintained consistent communication with us via email and phone calls as we waited several months for our project to begin. Details were discussed and reviewed to ensure our understanding and agreement each step of the way. Austin and Lex were the crew completing the actual remodel. From the moment they entered are home, they were polite and respectful to us and our space. They provided excellent craftsmanship and ensured all work materials were organized and clean at the end of each work day. Austin, as lead, completed the day-to-day communications as needed. Seeing the results of our newly renovated kitchen and realizing it was everything we had hoped for is an extraordinary feeling. Every choice we made, to every dollar we spent, and the kitchen remodeling process we lived through were well worth it. D and D Remodeling / Dylan Shaffer and his team did an outstanding job. Our goal for our kitchen was to update the appliances, the counter tops, backsplash, and the lighting. We left the existing cabinets in place. As we reached the point where we had to make selections, Dylan was a life saver! He patiently coaxed out our thoughts and preferences on everything from counter tops, tile to cabinet handles. We ended up with a design that we absolutely love. Dylan was always there to listen and help with making sure we were happy with the results. Timing was perfect, they started when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. Material was on the jobsite before they started and there were no delays. We could not be happier with our kitchen; the finishes and products are beautiful, and the project came out fantastic.

We are so glad we chose D&D for our kitchen remodel. Right from the start we felt involved in the decision making and never felt pressured to make a choice we were not satisfied with. We had a structural wall removed and couldnâ t be happier with the results.
