The provider listened very carefully to my  DETAILED explanation of all the home repairs needed. <br />     The provider and I walked around the property with a detailed To Do List. <br />     The provider took pictures of all the areas that needed to be repaired. <br />     The provider returned with a detailed estimate of labor and materials. <br />     We signed a contract. <br />     The provider purchased the highest quality materials, and the specific types of materials I requested, and showed them to me before starting the work. <br />     The provider did exactly what he said he would do.   <br />     He was very careful with surrounding property, like shrubs, mulch, and covered these up as he worked. <br />     As he made progress, he pointed out additional areas that could be improved or repaired,  for anyone to do. <br />     Every area he restored looks like brand-new construction. <br />     They cleaned up after themselves every single evening. <br />     When they left, they took all the debris with them. <br />     I highly recommend this contractor. He is very honest, very detailed minded, and  very respectful.

He was so good.  He installed landscaping lights.  He did not try to pressure me into using solar lights.  He put in a flower bed and mulched it and took care of the weeds.  He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone.

They showed up on time,were very courteous,did not waste any time,and before you know it were done. <br />

Dan was introduced to me as the painter that would come in and paint the interior walls of my upper and lower level house. He was very polite and professional. Dan let me know about how long it would take him and his crew to finish the job and promised that I would be completely satisfied when the walls were completed. Dan would my permission to anything that we didn't initially talk about concerning the walls to be sure I was aware of any changes that had to be made. I was very impressed with the results as the job came to an end. I would certainly ask Dan to come back to help me out with other major repairs at my house because he is skilled in many services.
