We provide a full range of commercial and residential outdoor services. From lawn maintenance and mulch to fences and patios to complex landscape construction projects. Our seasonal offerings include: winter maintenance plans, “smart” snow removal, spring clean-up packages, turf and bed maintenance and leaf removal. We are a full service landscaping company equipped for every season or project. Our focus is on the customer. Central Ohio had a wet spring and out of respect for our clients, we prefer to not work in these conditions. With the wet conditions, client's yards can be damaged easier and could cause more long term issues. Our client's complete satisfaction is our top priority."

Our crews have a positive moral and work with our clients to exceed their expectations. The owner of the company had scheduling conflicts which prevented him from being on site. "We apologize for the inconvenience. The company requires 50% of the the cost upfront for supplies and materials. Due to the weather conditions and scheduling conflicts, the work was slowed down. Communication between our crews and our clients is also important to us. Without sufficient communication projects can, unfortunately, become misguided. "I was very surprised to see the negative comments. I bid the job myself and spent ample time with the client. The guys were on site when scheduled, and as mentioned, did a two day project in one day. Not only doing what was scheduled but also hauling out additional debris that required disposal fees and no addition charge was added for that work. The remainder of work we had to return to complete was additional or different from the original scope. This meant we had to get additional material as well as work the client back in the schedule to complete. Considering the schedule for new work was close to 6 weeks out not to mention it was crunch time at the end of the season, the eight day wait for our return seemed quite respectable and I don't recall hearing anything about it from the client at that time. It pains me that we can't get straight A's every time but I guess statistically that is just not possible. I hope you will also take a look at all of the "A" ratings.
