He came immediately to my concerns and was very polite , knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to take care of our plumbing issues and made my family feel really safe in our home and making sure we were educated about what was going on which my wife was very happy about. I have 2 old Leakey outside hose bib. I called Dean plumbing that was referred to me by a friend. They showed up on time. Replaced old bibs with better quality ones. Shaun at Dean plumbing was very easy to work with. He is very responsive and attentive, my well was back up and running in just a few hours! Not only did he replace my Well pump he diagnosed my entire system which I’m glad he does because my pressure tank was going bad aswell. Shaun explains his work and what he thinks is best for your situation. From time of call to him being at my house for service was less than 24 hours!! Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!!

They were punctual; showed up right on time. They were professional; kept his shoes clean when he entered/left the house, and got right to work when he was inside. Additionally, I asked for an estimate for two other issues; and he was able to knock em both out while he was there. The company was so good, I would use them again.
