Called late in the afternoon and they had a repair crew out the next morning! Even able to navigate the weird wall mount in record time. Fast diagnosis and even faster repair. I didn't think service like this was still out there!

fixed - it could have cost a lot more but they were fast, honest and put the TV back just the way it was before. Would hire again!

They had to take it to their shop because it needed a new power supply. It was fixed and they brought it back in 2 days.

I sent an email through Angie's list and received a call back within 2 hours. Dean came out, trouble-shooted the problem and gave me a written estimate. I agreed to it and he took the TV back to his shop. He said he would not only replace the backlight but also adjust the power supply so that the new one will last longer. About a week later his men delivered and set up the TV. Very polite and professional people. I could not be happier. There is a 60-day warranty on parts and service.

He was a very straightforward and helpful guy. He knew what the problem was but it wasn't his line. He was able to help me figure out how to deal with AT&T. He had reasonable price. He was very helpful and very good guy.

I called and they came all the way out to Liberty Hill the very next day. They called before they left and said they would be arriving in 1 hour. Exactly as they said. The technician knew exactly what to do and had a new board and had the TV back up on the wall and working in no time. I was very impressed and very happy with the work that was done and so grateful they came all the way out here and so quickly.

Technician's name was Low and he came out within the two hour window he had given me. He called when he was on the way. The SC Board was replaced. Service took about 30 minutes and cost $365+tax. Very pleased with the service

My 50" flat screen television did not have a picture. I brought my television into their shop, I received prompt attention and assistance. The process was explained to me. I went home, within a 4 hour time frame, their technicians had diagnosed the issue with my television, had the part in stock and was ready to perform the work when I authorized. When I arrived to pick up, my television was turned on so that I could see that it was operating properly. My television was ready for pick up before end of business the same day, I brought it in. My television is working very well. The staff was wonderful. Friendly, personable and professional. Thank you so much for your expertise with flat screen televisions. I am confident that should anything come up with the parts/repair, they will handle it promptly and professionally.

I have a 10-yr old Tivoli Audio sound-system (think Bose, but better) and suddenly it went out. Tivoli told me they didn't repair out-of-warranty units, to send it in and I could get a new one, discounted.  Suddenly I was facing several hundred dollars walking out of my bank account.  I was sick. <br /> Based on Angie's List, I selected Dean and inquired.  He told me, yes, he could repair it, that it would likely be the power supply. Now, what impressed me is that he remembered my inquiry call from Monday, and knew who I'd be when I walked in on Friday!  He immediately checked the system and confirmed that, at the least, it was the power supply.  Two days later, he called to say my Tivoli was ready to go.  Yes, he'd checked out the system, and only the power supply was bad.   <br /> When I came in, he had it on a padded workbench to protect the like-new lacquer finish, sitting on its carrying bag so it wouldn't get forgotten. He not only had fixed it, but he had put new batteries in (for the clock) and had set it. And, for a fair price. I feel very well treated. <br /> Dean saved me more than $250 net in replacement costs.  Of course, service depends on what the item is and what's wrong -- we all know that.  But, I left feeling very well treated, and so I'm happy to recommend them.    <br />

Two gentlemen showed up promptly for their appointment after calling in advance to be sure I was there. <br /> Removed shoes upon entering the house and proceeded to open up the set, diagnose the problem. <br /> I had described the problem over the phone and they anticipated what was wrong and came bearing the appropriate parts. A little solder here, a little there, out with the bad board in with the new & before you know things are all packed-up and I am pleased as I can be. <br /> Any service this professional is rare, still rarer is excellent service provided right in your house for a very good price. <br />
