It went really well. He was on time, very efficient, finished changing front door and garage locks within 30 minutes. Even cleaned up dust/debris from drilling. <br />

We had a little trouble arranging a mutually convenient time for the service, but the tech communicated regularly with me until we made the arrangements. He arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently replacing and rekeying all the locks on my house and garage. I required more than the Big Deal allowed for, and the price for additional locks was very reasonable. I was happy with this service. <br />

The man arrived on time/  He was very pleasant.  He was given all the keys. In advance, he requested pictures of the locks and keys, that way he would have all the supplies on his truck. He performed all the work in a timely fashion.  He honored reasonable price that was quoted on Angie's List.

No service was provided and communication has been poor at best.

He was very good and he was very nice. He was very efficient. He has a good price. We're very happy with him. It went very good. He was reasonable and he was timely. There was no mess.

Overall great service. He had to reschedule due to family emergency which was completely understandable. He communicated well with me and was able to come out as soon as he could. <br />

I had used this company a year ago to change my locks and had no hesitation in using them again when I unfortunately had to change them a second time. The locksmith was prompt, polite, and worked quickly to complete the job. I was again very pleased with the services. <br />

This is who I will use for all my lock needs in the future.  Extremely professional  Returned phone calls in a timely manner and was extremely courteous in updating timeline about his location on the date of service.  He was able to replace the our locks with no problem and they have been working well, even through the climate changes.  I was very impressed and would highly recommend. <br />

Left a voice mail and got a call back and set up an appointment.  What made me truly happy is that William said he would call me when he was on the way and he did just that.   <br /> He arrived and got to work quickly.  I currently had two sets of keys for the top/bottom locks.  He rekeyed it so I would only have to use one key which was awesome.   <br /> Very professional and will work with again.  In fact I have another place to rekey in December and will be contacting William.   <br /> <br /> 3.16.15 update <br /> I just updated responsiveness to a "D".  Called the company left a voice mail and didn't hear back.  I called again and no answer.  This was 7 days ago and still no call back.  That's ok I went with another locksmiths just wanted to provide an update.

Locks were quickly rekeyed, he arrived on schedule, was completely professional - not a single complaint <br />

He was possibly the nicest person I've ever met.  He was on time, very courteous, and conscience of being in our home with a new baby.  I walked him through and showed him the work and he got started right away.  Very quickly, I had all of the locks re-keyed.  He had me test each key in each door to make sure I was happy with it and everything worked great. <br />

He was scheduled to come to our house to re-key our locks on August 12th.  He showed up on time only was unable to do the work because he did not have the proper tools.  Our locks are older and not a typical model, so he had to come back on the following Saturday to complete the work.  Very nice guy!  Was timely and fixed the locks quickly.  Would definitely recommend him to others. <br />

I needed three locks and handles/knobs replaced (I provided the materials) and wanted to have a closet door lock that was not working looked at to see what needed to be done.   The service that William did was exceptional.   He called about 45 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way (like he said he would).    He replaced the 3 locks and fixed the frozen lock and I am very pleased with his work.    He is professional and I would highly recommend his service. <br />

The service was great. He came on time and was very professional. One of the locks we had to change actually had wood particles in it preventing any key to be used. He fixed the lock and changed the keys. We would gladly recommend this company for any lock needs. <br />
