He provided excellent service. When we showed pictures of it, people liked it and we did love the work too. He was friendly, courteous and professional.

When Sean and his helper first arrived I was pleased with their work ethic.   After about a week and a half of working at my home Sean went on vacation with his family and upon his return it was like a whole different person returned.  Several small projects are still waiting to be completed.  Some of the previous projects need repairs to them as they stopped working (doorbell, front porch light).  He has all the receipts so I'm not able to exchange the items until he returns.  Material I already paid for has not been delivered to me.   <br /> <br /> I waited two weeks after his return from vacation to hear from him but when I got no call or text I tried to make contact myself.  I get no return phone calls.  Minimal text messages and they stop when I try to pin down when he will return to complete the work.  I believe Sean returned from vacation to several new projects that he is attempting to begin without completing what he already had started.  I will update as this progresses. <br /> <br /> 1st Update: Sean sent me a text message.  He is working on a time frame that will fit into his schedule. <br /> <br /> 2nd Update: Unfortunately his next text was not to schedule completion but to inform me to "be patient" because he is very busy.   It has been 4 weeks since his return from vacation, I think I've been more than patient waiting on him.  I am still waiting for this contractor to schedule my completion of work.  Instead of contacting me to complete work he has texted me his irritation that I have posted this review on Angie's List.  Also, I paid him for a large delivery of laminate flooring.  He ordered it on July 18th.  He has 14 days to pick it up from his vendor.  I have not received my delivery yet.   <br /> <br /> I'm extremely disappointed in this contractor.  When he started the work I was pleased.  I'm not sure what occurred between leaving on vacation and returning home but he isn't dealing with my projects with the same interest he had starting out.  He has been paid in full so I know it isn't payment issues and all he had was about 2 hours (my guestimate) of finishing work so I can't figure out what the problem is.  I've had most of the finishing work completed by another contractor this week.  I intend to request a refund from him from projects not completed.  I will update when I receive my laminate. <br /> <br /> 3rd Update.  He never contacted me or delivered my laminate.  I got help to go get the 31 cases of laminate myself.  Fortunately the vendor still had it in stock after them holding it a month.   <br /> <br /> Final update:  He refused (by rude email, not in person or by telephone) to refund money from unfinished projects.  This contractor is definitely NOT someone I would recommend.
