We were very happy with the response and service we received from Michael. He responded promptly and we agreed on a price for the work to be done. He was on time, assessed what needed to be done and worked on our issues methodically until he was done. He even went beyond what we discussed. He has his own tools and works out the problems as they arise. He explains all questions you may have and you will feel like you learned something. We definitely will reach out again if needed.
