Deck Solutions

Original concern was structural integrity. Came out promptly for an inspection. Noted only minor issues which could be addressed easily. Also suggested stair and rail restoration, which I agreed to since the 20 year old rail was no longer visually appealing, and the staircase was no longer level. Received a detailed estimate within a few days. Gave a deposit and got on their schedule. Less than 2 weeks later, a crew arrived early, as scheduled. They worked on the project for the entire day, nearly finished and left the site clean. Came back early the next morning for final detail and clean-up. My concerns about structural integrity have been addressed and the deck looks great. I am happy.

The work was done nicely. There was a delay caused by ordering the gate but once it came, they installed it promptly. The bid was in the middle range. The high bidder was finding a million unnecessary things to do under the deck. The low bidder seemed disorganized. So we went with Deck Solutions and were quite satisfied.

Great! The improvement to my deck is exactly what I wanted. The job only took one day with another few hours the next day for trim work.

The crew the company sent out was very good in what they do. Now I have a deck that looks brand new. And I couldn't believe the price they quoted me for the entire job. Thank you again Deck Solution.

They recently restored my deck expertly and was very pleased with every aspect of their work, (reviewing products, installation, pricing and warranty). They were extremely courteous, responsive, punctual and professional!

Deck Solutions rebuilt my old decrepit, not-to-code deck that was useless. My deck is now a fully functional double-level deck that will last for years to come. Deck Solutions is a great company that really can be depended on to satisfy their customers and do the best craftsmanship in repairing or replacing any decks. Customer Service is excellent and they respond faster to inquiries and actual repair schedules- which was one big reason that I chose them to complete my project.

Really great. A team of skilled carpenters did excellent work, retaining existing posts and joists, so their price beat all others.

The project was completed as contracted. The finished work product was better than expected.

The painting was well done, however; preparation before painting should have be done by more professional painters. There were slacks that should have been better prepared for painting. Promised stability of an existing railing was not done. Painters left paint from there shoes in my garage and in the driveway. Tools where wash and cleaned on each side of my driveway that killed my grass:; however, they were very small sections close to the garage. With that said, the painting detail was very complete and the colors were very identifiably precise and very well cut between colors. the outlook when completed was acceptable. I note is propertation and the knowledge of the painters should be reviewed. As far as if I would use the contractor again, I would. I don't think he was aware of the the issues mentioned above. They were willing to listen to my concerns and make adjustments. I would rather use them again than start over with a new contractor.

Excellent. All staff and workers were attentive, professional and courteous. They kept me fully informed through each step of the process and offered professional, experienced advice. Very pleased with the value, the process and the final product. You will be pleased as well!!!

Things went great, except for the rain but that's mother nature. I got what I asked for on my deck. I am very happy I wanted a deck for several years they made my dream come true. Thanks Frank and Marvin.
