Provider was supposed put up a hand railing on front porch steps. Took money for needed materials and never came back despite continued promises to do so until July 4 weekend when my calls stopped being returned. I went to address on company website and place was empty.

It didn't. Declare Works was a no show on 3 separate occasions to do a carpet cleaning job. I received an invoice to pay a deposit on the job. I was unable to leave just a deposit and had to pay for the entire job up front. Initially my phone calls were answered by Mr. Declare, he was filled with excuses for not showing up. I asked for a refund of my money which I did not receive. He will no longer answer my phone calls.

They did a very bad job. I explained that I was expecting a deep clean of an entire mobile home, as I was preparing to list it on the market. They did not nearly meet that expectation. The only thing that was clearly done was a vacuum was ran and some surfaces were lightly wiped down. I took the time to walk through the home and show what I expected done and was very disappointed at the outcome.

Above and beyond what we asked, we wanted mulch put in and these folks made the exterior look brand new. Everything was exactly what i had in mind, and I will hire Kaison again!
