"I am very surprised to see this review as you were beyond pleased when we left your home. Yes the job took an extra day because there was no air movement and the mud didn’t dry. This was communicated to you and you were told to leave the fan on. To be clear you didn’t pay for paint or trim and did multiple walk throughs to ensure every spot you wanted was addressed even those beyond the scope. The job consisted of well beyond 5 sheets you stated. 1. Removing an existing door, reframing said door, then installing door and trim. 2. Frame in another door opening and install another door and trim. 3. Install a third door to cover hot water heater. 4. Install and finish Sheetrock on the ceiling of a 14x14 room well above five sheets. 5. Install and finish a few sheets of sheetrock throughout the room and kitchen. 6. Hang barn door 7. Replace rotten subfloor 8. Trimmed out doorways. 9. The guys even did requests not listed on the quote! In fact, they hung a TV mount, removed a washing machine, did additional Sheetrock mudding all which you were not charged for. So you provided 2 stars because it took an extra day to complete all that work? It was not five pieces of sheetrock as you stated. In fact you requested a quote from us for additional work while we were there. Sorry you weren’t satisfied we wish you all the best."
