Beautiful fabric selections. The chairs exceeded expectations. The wood was refreshed but not refinished so the expected wear shows. It is obvious Roy and Linda enjoy their work. Highly recommend

The first time I hired them they agreed to a deadline -- they had months but never comunicated that the project would be 3 months late. I decided to give them a second chance because they told me that they had difficult circumstances. I reached out to them last month. They provided a quote and then I told them I wanted to hire them and have the repairs completed. Then they GHOSTED me. Just never responded. It has been over a month! Very unprofessional. If they did not want the job, I would appreciate them at least saying so.

So pleased with how everything looks. It's evident that Roy and Linda Williamson have lots of experience. They upholstered a bedroom chaise, which is just beautiful. They also remade the cushions for a bedroom rocker that was my mom's. And I had them to make several pillows to pull it all together. I especially appreciated how quickly they were able to get it all back to me, and that they picked up and delivered.

Following current health procedures (masks), Roy and Linda came to my home and showed me fabric samples. They helped me choose a fabric appropriate for the chair, after which they took the chair and delivered it back to me in a timely manner when the work was completed. Not only did they reupholster the chair, but Roy refinished the worn, scratched legs on the chair. The finished chair looks brand new! Roy and Linda work as a team. Their workmanship is outstanding, their communication good, and their pricing reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are in need of of having something reupholstered. In fact, I was so impressed with their work, that I am having them reupholster the cushions from my porch furniture. Thank you, Roy and Linda for your superior service!

I believe the materials used in the original cushions for this chair were not what was shown on the floor sample I looked at -- they were softer than expected and within a year they were sunken in and losing their shape. The cost of this job to restful the cushions was $400, which I thought was way high. I went ahead anyway because this was still less costly than a whole new chair, and the chair itself is fine; and also because of the extensive experience offered by this service. Unfortunately it took over two months to complete this job because I sent the cushions back twice. The first time the stuffing was so stiff and full that there was almost no room to sit in the chair. The second time was better, but the corners were not properly stuffed. The third time was fine, though, and now (2 years later) the cushions are holding up just fine. These folks are hard working and know their trade, so I don't know what happened. I wish they had been willing (or able?) to make some price accommodation, but I know this job had them driving all over tracking down materials. I wish them well.

This is the 2nd job Linda and Roy did for us. Terrific work, so very knowledgeable, fast, price was great! Beautiful job! Will definitely use again!

Roy and Linda were very very quick and did a great job. When they reupholster them they added new foam and backer board to reastablish the arc of the seat, which had flatten out over the years. They did a great job for a great price. I would highly recommend them.

Workmanship was well done, price point was competitive, excellent customer service, worked with our timeline. Very happy!

Amazing. They came to my house well stocked with a selection of fabrics that met what I was looking for (they did a prescreen before coming to help cut down on the offerings) They also had a few "alternates" that were not what I would have picked, but all of those appealed as well. They picked up the sofa when they said they would, helping rearrange the room so it would work while that piece was removed. The job was completed when they said it would be, and is truly lovely, taking a beat up, torn item and making it look amazing. Two other providers gave me quotes ~20% higher, one 50% higher.

Roy and Linda did an amazing job! I was so happy with the work and also the service. They were prompt, helpful and picked up and dropped off the pieces. I looked at several other companies and they required pieces be taken to their location. I was completely sold when Linda said they could take care of pick up and drop off. Would absolutely work with them again and would highly recommend them!

Linda and Roy did a great job. Came to my home to pick up items, and returned them promptly (the first time). The second time (after seeing their work, I found more for them to do) they took a little longer than expected - but since I was not in a rush, it was not a problem. Their work is well done, and professional and they are just very lovely people. Will definitely use them again for my next project as they offer great expertise with a customized experience!

Roy and Linda Williamson did an excellent and very professional job on re-upholstering my chairs...they used striped fabric which I had purchased previously elsewhere and did exceptional work on matching/lining the stripes on the tufted back with the stripes on the cushions. I had not expected for it to turn out as great as it did but Roy went above and beyond on the detail of the chair. I needed to purchase additional fabric in a solid color (for the back and sides) to match the striped fabric and Linda has an unerring eye for color matches. I am overwhelmingly pleased with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Showed numerous fabric samples and was very knowledgeable regarding fabric. Very professional and yet friendly. Picked up furniture and delivered. Beautiful jobs on all 4 pieces. Guests at my house think it is best work on furniture ever seen and I agree. So pleased and excited over the looks and it is so comfortable sitting. Wonderful job. I highly recommend Roy and Linda of Decorator's Showcase for any upholstery work you need done. They picked up my cushions the day I called and returned them when they said they would. Their work is impeccable; my cushions look brand new. Their price was very reasonable and they even offered to go to the fabric store and pick up the fabric I selected. Roy and Linda are so easy to work with and I look forward to using them again. They provide great service, a great price and a quality product

Roy and Linda did an excellent job! They are a local, family-owned business here in Wake Forest. I have a 30 year old Ethan Allen sofa and wing chair with footstool that I dearly love and could not part with but the fabric had become dated and sun-faded. Roy and Linda were very patient and helpful with my fabric-selection process. They explained exactly what they would be doing and what I could expect. They picked up my furniture from my house, and when finished, delivered it back to me and even carried it upstairs for me. They stayed in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of the project. The work done was top-notch and so beautiful! I will definitely use them again if I need other furniture re-upholstered, and I would recommend them to anyone needing re-upholstery services.

Not only are Roy and Linda the sweetest people, the transformation of our large ottoman is unbelievable. It looks like a custom piece! An impeccable job was done. Aside from reupholstering, they tightened the internal straps and added additional foam. Outstanding job. Roy and Linda turned the job around in 2 days! We couldn’t be happier!

I sent Linda a message through Angie's List and she responded right away. She and Roy came to my house to see what I needed done and to give an estimate. They were able to take the chair with them and Roy stripped it down and rebuilt and replaced the padding before reupholstering it. I had a large floral pattern to go with my bedroom set and he did a beautiful job matching the pattern and finishing the chair. It looks great! I am also having them look at an old Victorian love seat that has been in outbuildings, attics, and basements for over 40 years and needs a lot of TLC. I will let you know how that turns out when it is done. I would certainly ask them to do any further reupholstering or refinishing work for me. I am very happy to get such a stellar recommendation from Angie's List.

The end product looks wonderful. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

I called and spoke to the owner who came out promptly to look at my chairs. The price I was quoted was less than another bid I had gotten plus free pick-up and delivery. They were easy to work with and very friendly and nice people. They also helped me get the fabric for less money than I was going to pay online! The chairs came out gorgeous, and I will definitely be using them again!
