The owner, Shawn, is clearly busy as his next availability was two weeks out. Good for him. On appointment day, he arrived several minutes early in a clean truck and with a very good personal appearance and friendly attitude. He donned those little booties and went to work. <br>We haven't had the pipe cleaned in 15 years and was it ever ready! He removed a large amount of fluffy lint, cleaned up all around and was done in about 45 minutes. We feel better that we had this done and expect the dryer to run more efficiently thus saving us some money and possibly extending the life of the unit. <br>I notice on his card he does many other cleaning type jobs. We would certainly seek him out should the need present itself. <br>Thanks, Shawn, for your good work!

Overall I think it was an okay experience. He was very professional, he was on time, he clean the carpets but some of the spots didn't come out as well as I would have liked them to do compared to the last people that came out. For getting the carpets cleaned I would have expected a little more time on noticeable spots instead of just quick little spray and fast little cleaning. The work that they did definitely was within the cost.

I do not do "quick" cleaning jobs, all areas are treated with a pretreater and I carry 3 differant spotters with me as I go for the spots that do not come out with the pretreater. If after the pretreater and 3 spotters it does not come out than its not a spot, its a stain. And when I'm done the cleaning and before I wrap up the hoses and the truck I always do a walk thru with all customers to ensure they are satisfied or if they wish for me to rehit any areas. If you had concerns with areas you should have brought it to my attention during the walk thru, but I believe you were very satisfied with the results at the time. thank you again for choosing dedicated and for taking the time to write a review."

I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps. As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug. He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process. <br /> It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning. <br /> After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa. Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra. He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa. <br /> I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently. No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely. I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning. <br />

Job went great. Shawn contacted me within 2 days to schedule it for the following week. Came on time, did exactly what was expected. He left and my rugs smell good again. Good man. Don't have any reservations about contacting this good family man. <br />

Shawn was great. He came on time and cleaned the dryer vent from inside the dryer and then went outside to clean that end of the vent. He was done within 1/2 an hour. When he was done I asked him for his card because I will definitely call him in a year to clean the vent again. His company also does other cleaning services. Good to know since I found him to be reliable. Thanks Shawn! <br />

What a pleasure! I had been fighting with the stained grout for a long time, thinking I could get it clean and to a uniform color, and finally gave up and called a professional. Shawn is a consummate professional in and out, and it showed right from the get go. Unlike others I've seen, I didnt have to tell him to put on shoe covers for example - he saw that I had good hardwood floors and did it himself on entry. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, the work was outstanding, and when he left he even gave me free shoe covers to protect my floors in the future ! The next day, he followed up with an email to check in. I just wish all of the servicemen were like him - cannot say enough good things. Go with him, you will not be disappointed. <br /> <br />

Dedicated Cleaning Systems is great! We have two dogs, a cat and two very busy little boys and our carpets really take a beating. Shawn cleaned the carpet in four rooms of our home for us and we could not be happier. He is easy to schedule with and is punctual and professional.
