It went smoothly!.. such dedication,, they get the job done!! ,They definitely knew their assignment !!! Most polite & respectable moving company I ever dealt with…& I’ve moved quite a few times. The pricing was fair as well… Happy with the decision to hire Dedicated Moving?..

Terrible. As they were attempting to move couch they used poor technique which caused the couch to damage the door frame significantly. They kept insisting that they could get the couch through but the more damage we saw we finally asked them to stop.. then they became argumentative, wanting us to pay them for their time and travel. We finally had to ask them to leave several times before they would comply.. it was a very uncomfortable situation due to their aggressive behavior.. Had we known they lacked the skills to perform this task we never would’ve hired them. Now we have two door frames with damage that needs to be corrected.., and a corner of the couch was damaged as they were trying to jam it through.

"We are sorry you are not happy with the services. One thing we do not tolerate at Dedicated Moving is racism. Upon arrival being asked were my movers were from and their race, being rude there after and distracting the movers during the physical move.. our movers had to stop and leave themselves. Overall, you were not charged for anything, even the truck rental for your job. We did take before and after pictures of the couch you were getting rid of, which did not have damage. Sadly, movers did not take pictures of the frames which was a poor decision. Overall they did not stop only because their were difficulties with the couch coming through the door. The job was not finished because I told my movers to leave after feeling targeted and the aggressive behavior from the customers. This is not about a job but about personal opinion and beliefs. We should be kind to all. Also, when movers show up to do a job, not yell and distract while the move is in progress. I would never respond to such a review normally, but wanted to shed light on what judging others can lead to. Such as making excuses for your own behavior. Here at Dedicated Moving we treat everyone equal because we are equal! We love and value our customers and have many who have been happy with our services. We get through any obstacle in our [Member Information Removed] as long as we can do our job safely without distraction. Thank you to all of our dedicated customers ?"

Move was amazing price was fair. The owner and his crew are very pleasant and punctual. I was very impressed and will refer them to everyone on the cape. Great Job! Well Done
