Very pleased with both the quality of the service, professionalism of staff, and reasonable cost

carpets are a mix of new-ish and older, light and dark colors. this was the third or fourth time I have used them, after discovering them 5 or 6 years ago. I have also recommended them to friends who were quite pleased. They have conquered serious stains (red gatorade and more) and always do great work. Their staff is experienced and professional. One strange stain (in one of the kid's rooms - no idea what he spilled) reappeared after the carpet dried, so I called Deep Impact about it right away, and they were back in no time to address the stain with something different - and stain gone. All of our carpet is either a few years old up to 17 years old, so even though I have maintained them well, they need continuing effort to keep them looking good - Deep Impact's expertise. <br />

They are okay. I am sure if I will use them again. I just wanted to get the carpet clean before moving in and then let me do a little on cleaning. If I needed it done I am more like to use them again.

Excellent service!  They did a great job.  The Deep Impact team was punctional and kept me updated as they did the work. An absolutel pleasure to deal with. Cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend them. I will definatley use them again. <br />

They were a bit late, but weather hasn't been really that good lately so it is understandable. They were in and out in a few hours and the job was well done. We will use them again! <br />

The floors look new!  They did an excellent job.  The hallway and kitchen tile was particularly bad and they now look beautiful.  I am so happy with the results.  The carpets also look terrific.  they even got out a bad stain in my office.  They worked hard and made sure I was happy with the work.  He also said I could call if I found anything after they left.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I would definitely use them again.  The owner was courteous and made sure we were pleased with the work. <br />

Deric came with another worker, and was very professional.  One of the carpets is an older (14 years old) very good quality commercial grade short pile carpet that was very dirty.  It also had a red gatorade stain that 2 previous carpet cleaners declared was permanent - but Deric got it out.  He also got out glued in gum and rust stains.  He seems to be pretty expert in removing stains. This room had been a busy home office for years, then it became the teenagers den.  It is now dramatically improved.  I would recommend him.  He does other cleaning services that we will probably take advantage of. I found his pricing to be in line with his competitors - I did call several before I decided to go with Deric. (I rated this a B because it was a fair price, but not a steal of a deal - note: you only get what you pay for in the carpet cleaning arena as I have learned over the years). He did honor the Angies List discount coupon he was offering at the time I called him. <br />

Absolutely great job done on many occasions. We had carpets cleaned as well as tile and grout cleaning and it was an amazing difference! Highly recommend.

They were great.  They arrived when they said they would and cleaned for several hours.  The carpet looks great and my furniture looks brand new.  I never thought the furniture would be this clean.  I have three teenage boys who are so rough on everything. I would highly recommend Deep Impact for your carpet and upholstery cleaning! <br />

I liked that Deep Impact made a trip to the house beforehand to give  me an estimate on the work.  I had my basement carpet and couches with ottoman cleaned.  They took their time and I was happy that the basement smelled cleaner after the carpets were cleaned and fully dried.  My hot water heater went out and got the carpet wet.  We replaced the rug pad and treated the carpet with an anti mildew solution but the carpet still had that musty smell which is now completely gone. <br /> The couches look great and were soft after.  After the company cleaned the couches last year they were stiff for several weeks. <br /> I paid less last year for the same job but was also less happy so at least feel like I got my money's worth.  They did a good job and were careful about my walls etc.  Overall they were professional, kind and did a great job.  I had sick kids the night before so was going on about 3 hours of broken up sleep when they arrived.  The that fact that they didn't annoy me with anything says a lot. <br />

Every experience - including this most recent one - has been terrific.  Within a week of calling, Deric is at my home performing the work.  I find him and his team to be meticulous in their work and detailed to the job.  There have been very few stains they haven't been able to remove, and ones where they've had challenges, they've told me upfront.  The price points have been very reasonable, and I have continued to return for their top quality service.

Aside from being an hour or so late, they worked quickly and professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

It took about an hour, after which the carpet looked great. It took about another 24 hours for the carpet to be totally dry. I was very pleased and I would use Deep Impact again.

I had to change my appointment twice. They were very understanding and flexible. When I finally was able to have them over they were punctual (even a bit early) and professional. My rugs were in very bad shape and they did and excellent job cleaning them up. The very bad spot is still a bit noticeable but NOTHING like what it was before. They were able to get grease and paint spots out of my rugs as well. In addition they cleaned an outdoor rug I had on the spot. I would definitely recommend this company.
