Dee & T's Pro Tree & Landscape Service

Owner took $400 deposit and would not refund. I did contact him within 3 days to ask more about insurance. Was not honest about no work comp insurance. Took weeks to get an answer and then he said he was exempt from purchasing insurance. I told him I did not want to assume responsibility for his workers and asked for deposit back. I DID ask about his insurance for workers the day of estimate. He chose to lie about it and said he had insurance. He kept me hanging and had many stories. Ultimately weeks later said he would not refund the $400. He may chose not to carry insurance but it should have been my choice to take the risk or not. Very dishonest. Do not fall for the Christians in Business on his flyers. By the way, other tree companies do not ask for deposit in advance. Look at his photos, all palms. I have oaks. Relieved I did not use this company. Will Google all companies first in the future. Second review that i have ever given. I hope this one helps the next person.

Good work. His crew is efficient and thorough and do a good clean-up upon completion of work.
Excellent - came when promised for estimate, work was completed on time, cleaned up nicely after the trimming, Trees looked good when done
Friendly , professional, accommodating to our schedule
They did an excellent job. They were timely and competitive. They took all the stuff away and cleaned up the yard. I would give them the highest rating across the board. I would use them again in the future.
