It was my first cleaning, and the MaidPro employee showed on time, was friendly, and very thorough. She did a highly professional job. I am very impressed with the quality of service provided by MaidPro and will be using them again.

They have a checklist of tasks performed. If they don't perform a task on the list, the reason for the omission Is given. They are prompt, efficient, friendly and thorough.

Initial cleaning they did all expected, plus cleaned scuff marks off walls from the kids bikes. Absolutely superior work!

These girls are great. They have been with me almost a year and are still going strong. I trust them. Whether the house is picked up prior to their arrival or they have to wade through piles of projects they are flexible and basically do a miracle on my house every time. Great Girls, Great owner, Great price- Very happy

The girls were great. Very hard workers. My wife found a few areas that were not up to her standards and they came back out very promptly and recleaned the entire house. We are both very satisfied with the job and have already recommended Maidpro to my mother.

I live in Scottsdale, AZ and have not seen the carpets but my tenants told me it was done to their satisfaction.

Kim, the owner, is very responsive and willing to work with you. They do a good job and if there is an issue, Kim steps up and does what is needed to make it right.

Weekly house cleaning. Reliable. Great work. Been using them several months now.

They did not do the job that I discussed with them over the phone thouroughly. They were in and out in a flash and took the cash. I was very disappointed in them and would not recommend them to anyone. I told them not to come back and I called the lady up and left a message of the concerns also. Never got a reply at all.
