The work involved installing a kitchen faucet and a bathroom sink/vanity/faucet, some of which was very straightforward and some of which presented challenges because of the set up and small size of my bathroom. My plumber was knowledgeable and conscientious -- and a very smart and proactive problem solver as well! He identified and investigated a set of options to solve the problem, including looking up comments on the items I'd ordered to see if the problems he saw had been commented on by others and getting a few additional pieces of piping, etc, for a beautiful workaround. Very happy with his approach and his work!

The actual replacement was pretty straight forward, but because the codes have changed for normal W/H replacements in our area, which requires an expansion tank and also the new w/h's are now somewhat taller than prior models, they had to do some modifications to the venting. But they handled it professionally, and did exceptionally nice work. Its good to see people take pride in the work they perform. I would definitely call them again when/if the need is required.

Very disappointing. First, they did not even attempt the repair that I requested and paid for. They claimed that the waste pipe was galvanized steel and had probably rusted shut and thus would have to be replaced. However they misdiagnosed the problem. Thus they confused the waste vent with the actual waste pipe (which is cast iron and thus not susceptible to such rusting). Had they run a snake down the drain, which I did later, it was clear that the cast iron pipe was the waste pipe. Despite having paid in advance, they said it would be another $200 to snake the drain even though clearing the drain was included in the fee. They whole thing was a complete waste of my time and a waste of a moderate amount of money. Second they did not confirm until 30 minutes into the 2 hour appointment window that they would be able to make the window. It seems reasonable that they could have informed me of ETA earlier. This is a small matter though.

Arrived on time, while cutting pipe in basement, the pipe from upstairs dishwasher fell into basement requiring additional work. Not only were they at my home for 16 hours, I was so impressed with their work ethics, positive attitude, and attention to detail. DJ & His partner cleaned up afterwards, including wet mopping the floors. So impressed. Worth every $$$ Pictures include before and after photos, wish I could have included more

DJ and Keon were punctual, professional and very easy to work with from start to finish. They were super friendly and helpful including making an extra trip to Home Depot when we discovered one of our new toilets was cracked and needed to be exchanged. We had several jobs with varied levels of difficulty in our new house and they performed all of them well. It was much appreciated during a stressful time!

Keon and his team were on top of it from the beginning. I was greeted well over the phone, and felt as if Keon was invested in my problem before being hired for the job. They were on time, very professionally dressed, and I felt their estimate was reasonable. As they explained the estimate, they were able to explain the why's of the estimate and give a rough estimate of the time it will take to complete the job. The quality of their work was outstanding. The care and craftsmanship that went into the install of the new supply lines can be easily observed. Supply lines were straight and parallel to one-another. They tested everything with me prior to and after cleanup, and made sure I was happy with everything before closing out the job. Definitive Plumbing and Heating takes great pride in their workmanship and relationship with their customers. They resolved all my issues, cleaned up behind themselves, and left my wife and I satisfied. At the writing of this review (about a month later) we have had no issues with the work and have received compliments regarding the layout design of the new supply lines. I would definitely use Definitive again for any plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them.

The provider arrived quite late. I showed him the running toilets and he said that he would have to take them apart to determine the issue and rebuild them again. He then looked at (not touched) the faucet and said that he would have to take apart all of the plumbing from the access hatch to determine the issue and rebuild it again. All this, he claimed would require shutting off the house water and many hours of work for about $900 plus. I have not had someone try to scam me in many many years, but this guy was a doozy. Obviously, I sent him away and later scheduled a well-known plumbing company to come out instead. The real plumber looked, touched and showed me what the issue is for all three items. He determined the part numbers right from the lid of the toilets, which was for the 3-inch flappers that are warped and the screw-on tub spigot with diverter. So simple to order the parts and it will be easily fixed for under $200, no water shut off, no long time-frame.

They arrived promptly and gave me an estimate, which wasn't too bad since the two plumbers worked 2/3 of the day. They were very thorough; e.g., my pedestal sink was very slow so they took the sink off the wall to snake it out properly. Other plumbers haven't done this.

good...except he did not know I had an Angie's List offer when I paid he did not deduct $39 from my bill that was prepaid. I called the office twice asking for a credit that I am still waiting for.
