John was very thorough in his estimate. He explained what was going on regarding how the basement walls were soaking in water and how water patterns, drainage (lack thereof), grading, and improper sealing by the seller were contributing. He then gave a thorough plan on how to mediate the problems. His on-site crew were quick and courteous. I’d recommend them.
