Michelle has been cleaning my house for over a year. On this <br /> occasion she told my husband that our house was too messy to clean. I called <br /> her to ask her what she meant because the areas I asked to do didn't have any <br /> clutter. She then told me "Get someone else to clean your nasty <br /> house?" and then she proceeded to hang up on me. Even if she felt that way this was very unprofessional. We have had someone clean our house 2 in the past 4 weeks. So cluttered my house may be but not nasty. This was very hurtful. <br />

It was good. She was very accessible. They have a very flexible time, did a very good job in my bathroom which was the messed. The owner came over the house. There was a lot of residue or something on the silhouette, and she was very helpful.

I contacted Michelle because we are moving out of state and I needed some help cleaning and packing. I contacted her about a week before I scheduled her to come out and I was very honest that my house is a DISASTER. I am horrible housekeeper. I also have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there is animal hair everywhere. Michelle and her helper came out on Thursday morning, and cleaned the living room and bathroom. Now it took them 2 1/2 hours for those two rooms, but the quality was pretty good, especially the helper. She focused on the bathroom, and she even dusted my pill-minder case! We were very happy with the results. Michelle let me know that because it was taking longer than expected, and they had another client they would need to go and come back the next day. I was totally okay with that. She said it would be $75 for the time they had spent which, considering the actual work, I thought was very fair. I was paying cash so I gave her $80 and said we could just apply the extra to the next days work. She indicated that she would text me that night to let me know what time they would be coming over. So here is where my issue starts. She didnt text that night. Okay, no big deal. So I texted her the next morning to find out if they were still coming over. No response. Waited about 2 hours, called, got sent to voicemail and left a message. No call back. So now it is the following day and I still have not heard anything from her. <br /> Communication and professionalism are huge issues for me. If you cant come, let me know and we will reschedule. If you just cant continue working because your schedule is full, or you just dont want to, fine, let me know and we will make other arrangements. But to completely blow me off is rude and unprofessional. I dont have time to deal with someone that doesn't have the common courtesy to call back or even text and quot;Hey, we cant come back, too much going onand quot;. Its not that hard, and I dont think its too much to expect. <br />

"this person purchased a three hour cleaning. i stayed for 3 and a half hours. The only left in the kitchen was the drip pans that i left in the sink because they were so burnt that i thought it best that he would purchase new ones. i was told on the phone that the kitchen floor was gonna be replaced so i got all the garbage up and vac and did a quick mop. the stove alone with the year of food that was stuck to the side took over an hour scraping and cleaning it off. the bathroom which had surrounded tile had urine stuck to the walls that had to be scrubbed and the black soap scum that i had to remove from the tub. I was told by this man who was not even present for the cleaning that i spend 25 minutes there. that i was nice enough to through in an extra 30 minutes. the cabinets had mouse droppings in that i had to vac out of every one and to scrape food out of the oven and fridge. i apologize you were not happy that the entire apt was not done but when you are on a time limit unfortunately everything will not get done."

Michelle told me I needed to find someone else to clean my nasty house after I have been using her for 2 years and have referred her 3 clients. This was very unprofessional. I just asked if she had received my message on what areas to clean because she told my husband that it was too messy to clean. We had just had our house professional cleaned 2 in the past month and non of the other businesses said this. So I was asking her to substantiate what mess she was referring to and that is when she said "Get someone to clean your nasty house" I was appalled. Her behavior was erratic and unusual. She continued to send rude messages to me. I am not sure what caused this odd behavior.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out average. It was not what I thought it would be. Their promptness was good, but they were just not what I expected. I expected a little bit more thoroughness. They did not charge me anything other than the big deal. Their work did not quite meet my expectations, because they were not doing the entire house at my request. They left over little things, but I could see them. We have very very hard water and our tub shower combination has an acrylic surround, and the first time she said I have not brought the proper things because we did not know what features are in your house. She said, "so we did the best we can, we will get it next time," and then the next time in the tub she said "well I got the tub part, I will work on the walls next time." The big deal was for three visits. I have had two visits, the last one was supposed to be tomorrow but because of my schedule I had to move it to the following week.

"I would like to state that on the first visit, we spent almost an hour cleaning this tub that was black and by the time that we were done cleaning with the visits the tub was white. This house had extreme build up of dust and dog hair. We moved every item and dusted the item as well as underneath it. THere were only certain room that were even able to be cleaned. We did the best we could with the situation."

I called the owner for a quote and she arrived right on time. She was personable and very professional. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the different options and pricing that was available. <br /> We quickly came to an agreement on the service, price, and time of cleaning. <br /> When the time came they arrived on time and got right to work. They work quickly, but very efficiently. They seemed to have a plan in which one starts in one area of the home and the other in another. They each work well independently as well as together to make sure that they do not miss anything. <br /> Once they were finished they asked me to take a look and let them know what I thought. I was impressed! They did an awesome job!. They moved things in the home that I typically do not move to clean. The attention to detail throughout the entire home impressed me. <br /> I have taken monthly service going forward as this fits best with my financial situation and cleaning needs. I spoke with the owner and she was able to find a time monthly that work best for both of us. She stated that the time and date were flexible depending on my schedule for each given month. I was very pleased to hear that since my schedule changes daily. <br /> I have since recommended them to 3 of my friends. <br /> I recommend Delegate That Dirt to anyone that does not like to clean their own house. It really is affordable when you consider cleaning materials, chemicals, and your own time. <br /> What a concept having someone else you can trust clean your home. I have consistently been unhappy with the quality of the cleaning. They are fast; come when scheduled and do all of the basic's, just not very well. I have a central vac I want them to use, they refuse, the cleaning products they use leave a film on my floors, the vacuum they use just hits the service and they only vacuum in the traffic pattern, not the entire floor. They consistently miss dusting may area's; in the year they have been here the build up at my baseboards is huge, never had it before, but I have it now. They leave lights on; rags behind, toilet bowel cleaner in the bowls that drys on before I get home from work so you need to blast it off. For 2 people spending an hour and a half in my house I am only getting marginal cleaning. Michelle is pleasant and professional; I know she listened to what I was saying, however the translation to the workers was not there. I complained several times without much result. Too stressful to be disappointed every other Wednesday. <br />

I had used this service about a year ago and was pleased. Not this time! These were not the same girls that cleaned MY HOUSE a year ago. When I called Michelle that weekend, she was out of town. I told her what the house looked like and that I had to re-clean everything they did with the exception of the kitchen floor. This put us way behind on getting the painting done. She offered to have them come out again. I said no. The house is spotless now, I already cleaned it myself. She said she was sorry and would refund my money. To date she has NOT refunded my money. When I had texted her to ask about my refund a week or so later she said she was waiting to get paid from Angie's List then she would refund my money. The second time I contacted her she said, Why didn't you call me when this happened and I would have came over and cleaned it myself? I reminded her that she was out of town when I called her... It is now May 10th and I have still NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AND SHE WON'T RESPOND TO MY TEXTS. Not happy at all!

Two workers come each week to clean my house. The time they arrive can vary within a three hour window, but that was OK'd by me. They are quick and professional, getting right to work. Occasionally I have asked for an extra job to be done for extra pay, and that was no problem. Any concerns have been addressed quickly. The owner is very friendly and competent. She has a good working relationship with her employees. She comes herself every few weeks to verify that things are being done correctly. The workers who come can vary each week, but they all have done good job. <br />

Delegate That Dirt was horrific, an absolute disaster. I called the owner because I had a growing list of things that weren't done. I was up to two pages and invited the owner to come in and view what her workers did not do. The owner didn't want to come over. She quoted me $125 initially to do the basement and the main floor, I was never handed a bill. She accused me of not paying but I pay when I'm billed. The owner suggested we part ways and to consider it a free cleaning. What the owner promised was not done. She said she would come when the workers were there but she didn't. She talks but doesn't deliver. The owner of Delegate That Dirt did not take responsibility for her workers and her workers display a decided lack of understanding of how to clean. They ignored my specific requests regarding the cleaning and some areas were just left and they didn't clean at all.

"I will be as professional as I can with this response. This house had not been cleaned in years. She even told me that when I did the walk through. The house was so awful, one of my girls ended up in the hospital with a respitory issue due to the dust that had built up in the home. The customer that night called me after clearly drinking, i listened to her yell at me for 45 minutes. I told her I would fix any issues. Then after numerous emails and more yelling within a 24 hour period I told her that it would be best to part ways, I gave her a free cleaning and I have never heard from her again. I would again like to state that this home had not been cleaned in years and also told her that the home would not be cleaned in one cleaning."

The houskeepers were punctual and worked hard for the short amount of time that they were scheduled for. The services rendered were acceptable. Some small gripes would be that they did not ask my wife which rooms to prioritize, and the work they did was relatively superficial where they did not move furniture or get to dirt/dust that was beyond what my wife can already clean on her own. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, but will say that there was no and quot;wowand quot; factor, which is the reason they are unlikely to gain my business in the future. I figure that the first time you work with a company, it's like their interview for future business and they need to and quot;wowand quot; me in order to gain future business. The next time I need housecleaning, I'll try out someone else and see if they can impress me. <br />

"I do apologize that there was no "wow" factor for this cleaning. On a normal cleaning we go out to the home to take a look to over the home and what the customer is looking for. This was done over the phone as it was purchased for a gift for his wife. For the amount pd for a one time cleaning usually that would be an hour and 15 minutes. For a deep clean this would have been approx 2 rooms. The girls were there almost 3 hours with no additional charge. The home was very dusy and the bathrooms took longer than expected. We apologize you were not totally satisfied, but we tried giving you the biggest bang for your buck and to get most of the house done for your wife. I still hope she enjoyed the cleaning and her birthday."

We have been using this company for awhile now. We are always satisfied with the girls that come and clean our house. We had out of town guests coming for the holidays that we were not expecting. I called Delegate That Dirt at 4:30 on xmas eve to explain my situation, not knowing what they could do as the next day was Christmas. Michele, the owner, bent over backwards for us. Her and a team of 3 came at 8 o'clock on Christmas Eve night to accomodate us. I am not well and they knew my situation. They were at our house for 3 hours doing extras and cleaning our basement as well. Not once did those girls complain that it was xmas eve, we offered them dinner, they didnt take it, they just kept plugging away. We had also bought a gift certificate for my sister for her birthday, she used them last week and had nothing but good things to say about her cleaning. I refer as many people as I can to this company. My exp. with them has been nothing but great. Thanks to everyone at DTD and especially Michele who always seems to bend over backwards for her customers. Did I mention we have dogs and she even brought them XMas presents and baked us cookies. Now who does that. They do!! <br />

They came and cleaned my house top to bottom. I was getting ready to have rotator cuff surgery the following Monday and my inlaws were coming to help me on that sunday. They had things spotless so my mother inlaw thought I was a good housekeeper!! <br /> Since then, I had them come several times. They always do a great job. It's not an easy job since I have two huge dogs that make everything hairy! <br /> I would recommend them to anyone! I will use them again and again for sure! <br /> <br />

It did not do well. Michelle does not follow thru. I said not to send anyone as I do not feel this is a dependable company. I have had someone clean my house for over 30 years but want good work as well as dependability. I do not recommend this company.
