About us

Delightful Blinds was founded by Jonathan Epstein after years of installation services for designers and big box stores. We decided to sell the best of the brands that we encountered, opting not to carry those that we found lacking in quality. We've been selling to residential and commercial customers in South Texas - San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas, but our experience goes back to when Jonathan got in the install business in 2003. We offer sales and professional installation of the premiere brands of fine window coverings. With the opening of our new store in Schertz early 2016, we're expanding our in-home installed categories. We've aligned with other customer pleasing pros who know and install: Flooring, Cabinets, Countertops & More. We aim to be your one-stop shop for installed home decor goods and services. We understand home decor from the technical perspective of several years of installations. We know what works (and what won't) for achieving your desired results. Our experience and expertise will give you confidence that you will get the best possible fit, look, and outcome for your project.

My wife and I very very impressed with Jonathan's product knowledge, suggestions, and professionalism throughout the sales process. The shutters were installed today by Christian. This young man impressed with a neat/clean appearance on arrival, he quickly cased out the scope of work to be accomplished - and went to work. He worked efficiently, was tidy, and knew his trade. Completed the installations ~3 hours. Both Jonathan and Christian are a credit to Delightful Decors - thank you gentlemen for a very pleasant experience. You have my recommendation "anytime".

Wonderfully, salesperson was helpful and very knowledgable. I stallion was timely and done with care. We had an issue with one shade and they came back right away to fix it. Highly recommend this company if you want quality, long-lasting window treatments.

First heard about Delightful Decors through a mailer. Went to visit their new showroom and Jonathan showed us all the various brands, styles and relative pricing available. We chose Norman blinds, and Jonathan came out to the house with a full sample pack. Measured all the windows, and selected just the right color, frame styles and slat widths. He then did a costing, and custom order manufacturing took seven weeks (just as estimated). Two installers did a great job, taking down old blinds and installing new ones in just under five hours. Jonathan came out a week later to correct a minor issue with one frame and also inspected all the other windows. We are very happy with the professional advice and guidance throughout the whole process. The blinds look great, both from inside and looking in from the street outside!

It was alright, I mean I wouldn?t do it again. I would call another company, put them in myself and save about half the cost. <br /> It ended up costing $3,000. That $99, we call that bait and switch. You can get it a lot cheaper somewhere else. <br /> The workers were alright. They can work on being up front and honest about what the price is and charging a fair price for the work.

Everything went smoothly , from measuring, ordering, & installing. The HunterDouglas shutters as usual were of the best quality. Took only three weeks to come in after ordering. The installer was great. Will do business in the future with Delightful Decors.

my shutters came in and I was contacted and given a window on arrival. The installer, Mike, was very personable and professional. Finished the job in about 2 hours and explained how to maintain. He also hauled away the old hardware. I was very happy with the experience.

The owner of the company came to my house and measured the windows. We determined exactly what I was interested in. A few weeks later, an installer came to put up the blinds.
