Stephanie at On Demand was utterly fantastic. She helped me out of an unbelievable bind and did it with a smile on her face. The 2 gentlemen that came to the home and did the actual move were absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to this team I owe you a debt of gratitude.

It was good service but the designated arrival time was 11:30-1pm. But showed up at 6:30pm instead.

Movers were great! Back office not so much. Continued to receive invoices for the move weeks after the move was done and paid for. Contacted their offices several times to stop sending invoices. Hopefully, it is now fixed.

Everything went perfect! The two man team that came to my home were very professional friendly hard workers. They are employed by the company not contractors. They never stopped until the job was completed. Their perfection at loading made it possible for one trip. They were very conscious of my freshly painted walls in my new place. D & P you are the best.

I spoke with "Josh" several times prior to scheduling a move. He sent a confirmation of the date and of the deposit, but never sent the details of the quote he provided. Having not received this for at least a week, I reached out by email and text (which was our original form of contact) and over the phone to get something documented as to what I was sold over the phone. When I reached Josh for this -- via telephone-- he mentioned a three hour minimum that he had not previously mentioned. I clarified that he didn't mention that in any of our prior contacts, and he agreed to send me something documenting that we agreed to a two hour minimum at the time of sale. Then the call was disconnected. Dropped. Dead Air. I almost immediately called back after waiting a few minutes for him to call ME back, and was sent directly to voice mail. Still, nothing in my mailbox from Josh. The next day, I called again to remind him about the quote he was to send me. He stated that he wasn't even going to "b*llsh*t" me and pretend that he sent it, and that he'd send it right away. The NEXT day (end of day) having still not received anything, I requested a cancellation and a refund of the deposit. At 9:15PM that night, I finally heard from Josh with the quote he promised. At that point, I was done. I mean, if you can't count on your mover for something like the above, why would you count on them to show up and handle your belongings? I emailed him directly that I had cancelled and requested a refund on the deposit. His reply? He then claimed he DID email me but it must not have gone through. (No forward of this alleged email, mind you) AND he claimed, with no previous mention or documentation indicating so, he told me my deposit was not refundable. Even though the service wasn't booked out for 6 weeks and they would surely be able to fill that time slot again, I was essentially being charged for the privilege of speaking with Josh "three times," as his email stated. (The charge has since been disputed with my credit card company.) Would I recommend this company? Never. I understand that Josh is but one person and, from what he told me, he's fairly new to the company, but I had no manager to call, no company headquarters, nobody over Josh's head to reach out to. The main number goes directly to him. Avoid.

The movers were on time, organized, efficient, professional and treated my property carefully. I recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

Terrible. I scheduled for 12-2, by 12:30 I called because no one had arrived. I was told the 12-2 was an arrival window, but that is not how their confirmation reads. The manager said they would be there in 15 to 20 minutes - it was another hour. Then they told us they couldn't move the clothes because they had nothing to pack them in. WHAT? I scheduled a FULL SERVICE move. Their website specifies free wardrobe carriers, and I specified when I booked that there were clothes. My son had to pile all the clothes in his car instead of them moving them. The manager texted me and and indicated that they only bring those supplies if I request them. Again, no such statements on the estimate or confirmation, and my verbal conversation with the salesman specified that was what I needed. Now the salesman says there was never a conversation about it. What a bunch of liars and cheats. NEVER AGAIN.

Overall went well, could have used one more mover.

A few hiccups and misunderstanding but the job got done and the moving crew was great.

The guys did a great job moving all my furniture. The whole apartment was moved in about an hour and I actually had fun joking around with them while they worked. Definitely would use them again.

Many dealings with movers have made me skeptical over the years about “hidden fees” or movers hired per hour that drag the clock. Delivery on Demand completely superseded my expectations! I was assigned two skilled movers that were not only personable but also willing to solve for some unique moving problems like a spiral staircase. Stephanie, Juan, Kenny, and Nathan were extremely professional in all aspects of our move and provided us with extreme care of all our personal effects. They moved all our household goods from our Storage Facility to our new home within just a few hours. They worked quickly and handled all our furniture as if it were their own. I found them to be of the highest integrity. Throughout the entire process, they would keep me updated by calling me and telling me where they were. Very well. The 2 men miraculously got everything on the truck. They put it together like a puzzle.

It went cool. Setting up the appt was a breeze, movers had good customer service. I loved how they put covers down before removing my items out of the truck so my belongings wouldn't touch the ground, great touch

Stephanie was super helpful, guys worked hard. They even gave me a Veterans discount.
