It was perfect, they did a marvelous job. They couldn't have been more courteous. After I purchased the big deal, they were there within a week. I didn't pay extra. He just came in and cleaned. There was a little bit of taxes on that but that was it. I compared the price, I would give him an A. For responsiveness, I would give him an because he was A there very quickly. He came on time within a 15 minute gap. Very courteous and professional company.

I bought an Angie's List deal from them, but was never contacted to set up an appointment, so I called and was told they aren't on Angie's List anymore? I had bought a deal previously through Angie's list and used them, so in spite of that, I hired them to come out and inspect my dryer, which was squeaking like crazy. They had to order the part, and came back within a day or two to do the repair. I am happy with their service, and will use them again in the future.

They have service call is in expensive. This is just to get you. I felt this is bait and kill deal. But to fix the leak, their estimate through the roof not realistic. I wish they would increase service call fee and reasonable with the cost to fix minor repairs. Finally, we fixed the leak ourselves and saved 100's of dollars. I am rating B for the services that they were hired for. This did the job of diagnosing the problem. I did not hire them to fix because their price is too high.

They came in and found that one of the hoses was bent a little. The smell is better but still has that stale smell, even after I put bleach in the bottom. I had hoped they would call me about what they found. They told my son what the problem was, which he sort of relayed to me. Couldn't remember all of it so I got a "gist" of their response. I would have preferred since I purchased the service that they spoke directly to me about the problem and any other issues I could do to take care of it.

They did a very basic view of my dishwasher. He was supposed to be telling me what I can do to repair the dishwasher. He didn't investigate much, and told me he would call me back to follow up and give a price to repair the computer on the dishwasher. It's been a week and I have not heard from him.

Didn't try to sell me any additional services or charge any additional fees. <br /> Everything went fine. I'll use them again in two years when the dryer vent needs to be cleaned. <br />

Provider attempted to unclog my dryer vent using a very cheap wire brush and was unable to improve the clog at all. The representative was talking on his phone and attempted to enter my residence without introducing himself...very poor communication and very unprofessional work attempted.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He gave me a estimate and showed me the cause of the problem, he answer my questions and I was happy with all the answers. Later in the day, I received a call from the company, Delta Appliances & A/C Repair. A very courteous young lady, gave me the estimate for the work and asked me, if, I wanted to continue with the repairs, I agreed. I made a appointment for April 6, 2016 @ 10: 00 AM <br /> The technician was on time, he knows his stuff. He did not take very long and he was very efficient, a pleasant person. He replaced the broken hose/pump inside the washing machine.vacuum the filter, got all the yucky stuff out, the dust, mold. He even cleaned the floor . I am so delighted, I will brag to my friends about this company and Angies's List, for making this so easy and affordable.
