Mark Webb came to my house to give me an estimate. Although they were slightly more expensive than other roofing bids that i had received, i hired them. Everything was fine until the first rain.  As soon as it rained, the exact spot where the leak had come the first time, it leaked again. When I told them about it, they sent a guy (Alex I believe) to inspect it.  He told me that the leak could not be repaired and that i would have to replace the entire roof (at a cost of $24,000) but "offered" to credit me the amount that I had previously paid for the "original fix" which obviously was no fix at all.    <br /> Had Mark and his team been honest with me to begin with about the roof, I obviously would not have hired them and paid the ~$700.  Instead, they cheated me out of the $700 in an attempt to get a much bigger contract. Given the shoddy work the first time and dishonesty, I obviously did not hire them for the roofing project. <br />

They did excellent work and even worked on Sundays. They were able to get the job done in a short amount of time. They were also very cooperative. The sales rep who came out was very helpful, polite and easy to work.

No leaks during the admittedly mild rainy season. <br />

I was given great customer service by their office staff and they were very professional  The roof tech was on time, confident, and thorough.  While he was there he also cleaned my gutters and some areas that had a lot of leaves.  Best of all, since I am selling my house they told me the warranty is transferable to the next owners.  Overall I have to say I was highly satisfied with not only the work and the cost but all the friendliest and responsiveness of the office staff. <br />

Alex in the office was incredibly helpful. They were able to come out quickly to fix a leaky skylight, the work was perfect. I will use them for the rest of the roofing work i need done.

We got a quote from Alex over the phone, who was able to pull up our house via satellite pictures. He told us that it seemed like the work we needed to have done would fall under their Annual Roof Maintenance Program, which costs a flat 250. If more work needed to be done, then we would get 250 credited to their bid for re-roofing costs. Seemed fair. We got some bids from other companies, but Delta came in at the lowest. We also liked that they included one free call back if the repair isn't fixed.  <br /> Enrique came right on time, patched the leak on the roof and replaced the 8 or 9 missing shingles. He was done in less than two hours. He then went above and beyond and removed a ton of debris and leaves from the rain gutters all around the house. He really didn't have to do that, so that was really nice.  <br /> For minor roof repairs, Delta really has a great program with their Annual Roof Maintenance. I will definitely be doing this every year from now on. For 250, it is most definitely worth it for peace of mind and to avoid unnecessary major repairs. <br />

Great experience. Came out within hours and worked in pouring rain. Then came back for a no-BS consultation and applied some of the emergency repair costs to the full repair, which they did right away. Just had another major rain and no leaks!

Needed to reinforce some tiles and flashing around chimney. The minimum price was $150 less than the other company (also an Angie's List referral) and they assured me that the work required would not exceed that amount. The "other" company only assured me that the starting cost would be $500 and once they started pulling roof tiles it might escalate from there. We've had several rainfalls and no leaks. Thank you Delta -- you will continue to be my roofer of choice.

Fantastic! We called in the morning and they where there by the same afternoon. Two very pleasant men came, climbed on the roof and was finished in less than an hour.

They are absolutely the best experience anyone could ever have. They are kind, professional, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are always on time and honest.

The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional with this company. After finally getting an estimate of $200 for repairing a leak, it took over three weeks to get someone out to do the work. I was very concerned, because of the big storm coming on New Years Weekend. After calling four different times and being told that someone would be out, two guys that looked like kids showed up during the rainstorm, and spent 15 minutes putting a patch and Henry's cement on the roof during the rain ($200). This stopped most of the leak, but when the next storm came, it still leaked. I have called three more times over the last 17 days, and get the same runaround I got the first time. They promise to have someone call back right away. No call backs. Needless to say I'm not a happy customer. They put a new roof on in 1997 and did a marginal job at that time. Unfortunately I still had their phone number. It's hard to believe that such an unprofessional company is even included on Angie's list.

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. MY ROOF WAS PATCHED WHERE IT WAS LEAKING, AND I REALLY HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY DO SOUND LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. THEIR PRICE IS FAIR.
