We were VERY happy with Delta: excellent communications from the first call through the job - at a busy time of year with a lot of wet weather interfering with their schedule. SUPER rare these days, but Delta has an office contact to relay and coordinate communication with owner, Elliott and crew. The painting crew was not only experienced and attentive to detail, but super productive - no goofing off - neat, and friendly - which we REALLY appreciated. Same for the carpenter - he really knew what he was doing and had all the right tools. Very little on our punch list - which got QUICK action. We added on extra jobs (fix crawlspace door + paint LONG fence + 2 sheds) and have an estimate pending for more. They were not the least expensive - in fact, they were the highest bid by a lot - and our budget was meager. But we had a feeling the lower bids weren't quite as thorough and might mean trouble. We felt Delta would be the most likely to make us happy. Great job.
