"SHOULD NOT BE A BAD REVIEW!! The grades above contradict what the customer is stating ..... At Delta Phoenix Services LLC we strive to provide the highest service available to the customer at the most reasonable price . We do not deserve a bad review if we have provided the best service possible and we did exactly that. We were called by Mrs [Member Name Removed] for a no cool call she informed us she had several different companies that had looked at the system. Upon arrival we found a mismatched system that was halfway replaced 8 years ago . The outside unit was still under warranty and the evap coil also . Unfortunately when replaced the company failed to tell Mrs [Member Name Removed] this would lead to future problems. We try to give every customer the benefit of the doubt this is why this is very confusing to us. Upon In depth inspection we found not only a incompatible system but the system would not come on . Spoke with customer advised and advised her of situation . There was a low voltage short that had caused transformer to go bad . We replaced the said part to further diagnosis the system also added a 3 amp mini breaker so we could locate short . We spent over an hour and a half looking for it when she advised us that her son had sprayed water on the outside system the prior date. We suspect that water may have gotten on some controls and caused the short but could not find anything else. Next we proceeded with diagnostics and found outdoor system with a bad capacitor and diminished compressor . Advised Mrs [Member Name Removed] of this issue and at this point have her multiple options . We could replace capacitor but she would have issues down the road. She immediately stopped us and asked for a new system quote . I immediately spoke back to her and told her that the system was probably under warranty and at the VERY LEAST we should put a capacitor on the system at no charge but she didnt want to even start down that road she said she was tired of having issues . She requested quote again and said she wanted it done she would be in touch the next day to sign the contract. We are an honest company I really think that maybe she misunderstood what was going on or atleast would hope so . We try to give everyone a chance . For the labor and parts it would have been over 300.00 dollars but we only charged her the amount listed I think 204.00 because she had been scammed so much in prior dealings with other companies. We try to be as fair and understanding as possible. We gave her ever possible option that we could give her and we still end up with a bad review. This is why companies are starting to charge so much to combat things like this from happening. We hope Mrs [Member Name Removed] changes her mind and gives us a different review . Especially when she was offered free parts to repair her system ."
