Went very well. I contacted Roly. Told him heater portion was not responding for out HVAC. I described problem, sent some photos, & explained what I had tried/tested. Gave him serial number & other info. He was able to pick up the part before coming to the house. Came next day. Changed the breaker in the cabinet & heating element unit. Part was under warranty. Just had to pay for labor. Tested everything, gave some suggestions, cleaned up, answered all my questions. Very honest and thorough at decent prices. Very pleased with Roly and Delta Temp. Definitely recommend.

Came out after I had to call them 10 times. Wanted a Maintenance package done that I purchased through Angie's List. Came here and the guy barely spoke a word of English and I had to continue to call his boss. When I told him to clean the coils. He said that he would not do this it has it written in the deal that it is part of the service. Now when I am calling the provider. I am being sent directly to voicemail and cannot get back in touch with this business to be able to get this resolved.

My unit was dripping water. Rolando, the technician was a great professional, being on time and explaining in detail what was wrong with my A/C. He also gave me tips for maintain better my unit. He sent me an estimate later that day. <br /> I will definitely recommend this company. <br />

They were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Received tips and suggestions for future service. Very informational staff. I also received several quotes for services right after the visit, which was great. I found some of the pricing a bit high but I'd probably engage them for future repairs/improvements. <br /> <br />
