See above about quote process. <br /> When I chose Deluxe to do the repair, the same repairman who quoted the job did the job. He was there on time. Did the exact work which had been quoted. Did the repair quickly and cleaned up after. It has been several months and a number of significant rains following the repair and we have not seen one new water spot! Excellent job, they did what they said they would do, did it quickly and came when they said they would. <br /> <br />

Crew was cooperative, came on time and worked diligently.

Skip Lewis did a great job during the quoting process and we chose Deluxe although they were not the lowest price. We were impressed with the detail he provided in the quote.  His knowledge of the roofing business is vast, and he made certain to make sure we understood what would occur during the entire process.   <br /> Everything was done as promised with one exception and that was rectified to our satisfaction by Skip.  The crew arrived as scheduled and did as much as they could on Day 1 due to rain starting to fall.  They worked 13 -14 hours on Day 2 and about the same on Day 3.  The cleanup was properly done and they got all the nails picked up with magnets.   <br /> This is a good company and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.  The value we received in material, installation and warranty far offset the higher price.  Although we were frustrated by the issue that came up on Day 3, we appreciate the way it was resolved by Skip.  Major projects are not always implemented smoothly and a good, professional company will resolve issues in a way that the customer feels good and then will recommend that company to others.  This is exactly what Deluxe Roofing did for us.

Skip was on time, very informative and professional. I did my due diligence, Interviewed 5 companies for the job and Delux was the best!

Joe Zubrisky (sp) always gives a very fair estimate  and date of planned work.  He is thorough and neat and clean and does an excellent job.  Typically, he does not take full payment until you are completely satisfied with the work.  We are always very satisfied and continue to use his services over and over again for various jobs.

We got proposals from 5 different companies.  Deluxe was inline with a majority of the other companies.  But from the beginning there was something extra about Delluxe.  Their proposal was spiral bound.  OK you say.  I can make a proposal like that.  Big deal.  But nobody else did.  Skip told us to get a lein waver no matter who we chose to do the work.  Nobody else did.  They sent us a Thank You card for letting them give us a proposal.  Nobody else did.  This kind of customer first attitude went all the way through the job until Skip came to pick up the check a few days later.One small glitch I must mention is that they were a day late getting started.  When Skip explained the reason I understood completely.  Fortunately I had two days off, just in case.In the proposal were hints for the homeowner to help the job go smoothly.  For instance they said to cover your whole house fan and any open boxes or clothing in the attic with a sheet so it would be easy to remove debri which would fall in the attic during the roofing process.  This is just one of 17 items of helpful hints they sent with the proposal.This is a small local American owned and operated company.  The kind of company that provides jobs and pays taxes here in Georgia.  This is the kind of company we should support with our business.Skip said they take full responsibility for their work and if we have any problems or questions to call them and they'll come right out.It hasn't been a month yet since they finished the job and believe me if anything goes wrong I'll be on here making a new report.  But I have no reason to believe there will be a problem.I recommend this company wholeheartedly. <br />

Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely competent.  They assessed the extent of decay of the soffits and fascia on our 54 year old, 1800 sq ft house and carried out the repairs. They replaced many rotten boards, often with no evidence of a seam or other repair marks.  ..They scraped away old layers of peeling paint and repainted.  They caulked and leveled the gutters.   Joe , the owner, did much of the work himself and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He gave us tips on how to maintain the work.  Shortly after he completed the work, we had a downpour and all the seams and work held well.  He kept to the estimate, even when a few things were unexpected that caused him a bit more work.  And he left our yard and porches clean.  We will certainly call him again for other similar jobs.

Came out to give estimate on time. <br /> Very courteous and professional. <br /> Explained the products and how roof was to be installed. <br /> Roofers showed up on time and completed the job in 2 days time as estimated. <br /> Roof really looks nice.

They were on time and worked for 2 1/2 days to install my new roof. They did exactly as they said they would.

Very professional through entire process. Explained in detail what steps they would take to make the roof high quality. Very pleased with the way the job was done.

Quick contact by phone or email. Quick return of contact. Fast and accurate estimates. Exact date of work. Workers and work were clean, efficient, and detailed. Great clean up. Super friendly. Payment (very reasonable) is made when you are completely satisfied (which is always the case the first time).

The whole process went very well. I had asked that they come on the days when I would be here and they did. It did rain and they covered everything very well & quickly until the rain stopped. I am so used to checking on workmen all the time to make sure they don't make mistakes. These people did not make any mistakes. (A first time experience for us.) At one point, a piece of plywood wasn't cut exactly to fit. BUT before I could say anything, it was replaced with an exact fit.

They had a very responsible approach. They were very professional and they have good customer interaction. They were good decent people to work with. They also had good clean up after they were finished.

It turned out great. They did an excellent job. The crew was outstanding. There are not enough nice things that I can say about them. The company itself is excellent and professional. The cleanup was great. When they left I had a fabulous new roof. There was no muss no fuss. The pricing was right in line with the three appraisals I got. They have since remodeled a bedroom and a bathroom for me.

They did a great job. We were pleased. We have recommended them to others. They did what they said they would do.

It hasn?t leaked. The quality of the installation was pretty substantial as opposed to other contractors that we have had. The price was competitive and installation was quick.

It turned out fine. Everything went well. There is still no leak after 2 years. I was pleased with them. They were very honest in everything. We got a couple of quotes. One of the companies that we were thinking of going with was trying to get us to go with a more expensive roof. Deluxe told us that because of the way our house was, no one would see it and he wouldn?t recommend it. I thought he was very honest and not just trying to make money.

They did agreat job for me. Their work quality was excellent. They did evetything exactly the way they promised.

They used a subcontractor and there was a Hispanic man who was very good. He found some problems underneath my roof and I was grateful that he found them. I was very happy and I would call them again. I have discovered another small leak so I will be calling them to come back out. The price was reasonable. He was able to do the work right away.

They were excellent. The one thing that was so nice was that he gave me a DVD video about roof replacement. He stated I should watch the video and even if I do not use them , so I know what questions to ask other company. He was very informative. I did not have to pay until the work was completed. They were extremely honest with me. They did not push extra charges. He provided me with a list what they do and what the charges would be.

From start to finish Deluxe Roofing was top notch. Working with their sales rep was a pleasure. He was punctual and did a very good job of communicating with me during the entire process. The job was started and completed within one week of signing the contract. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The roofers themselves were very respectful, no loud music, no girlfriends. The morning after completion the sales rep was back doing a once over to make sure clean up was to his satisfaction. During the process they did damage a window screen which was picked up, repaired and brought back the next day. These guys are the real deal. May not be the cheapest, but well worth the difference. The roof looks great!

I called a few other companies, but this company was the only one that came out to give me a quote since it was such a small job. The other companies just wanted to replace the roof. I was satisfied with the work. After the initial proposal to get the work done they were a little slow in getting back with me. There was some miscommunication at their office, so I had to call them a few times. They showed up on time to do the work, and the quality of their work was good.

I would highly recommend Deluxe Roofing for their top professionalism, helpful planning, careful and complete job performance, and excellent responsiveness to address any outstanding issues. This is a company that really wants your business and wants to earn it. All services performed were timely to the day and hour, just as discussed. Expect a "thank you" note in the mail from their office -- this is not fluff, but a desire on the company's part to keep in close touch with you so that there are no missed expectations along the way. Cost was moderate in relation to other companies -- a lower bid by another company quoted what seemed to be a partial job.
