The work finally was completed to our satisfaction after months and months of waiting for them (5 months from start to finish). The process to get there was challenging, though. Their responsiveness was lacking to say the least. We were told that they would come out to work within a certain time frame and weeks turned into months without hearing from them. When we questioned why the delay they said they sent their entire crew down to Houston to help with the flooding there and it would be more weeks before they started. So in other words, we were put aside so they could literally storm chase. The damage to the interior of the house was mostly leaking from the holes left by the roof damage. But since it took them so long to come out to fix it the water damage got worse and worse. Once they did the work it was mostly done the first time to our satisfactory with some exceptions, like not even coming close to matching the paint color inside our house and painting as if it wasn't noticeable. They fixed it but not after we insisted they try again. Unfortunately, we won't be hiring this company again.

They were on time, very professional and made us feel safe with them in the house. They cleaned up all the mess and repaired the frame work around the new door. They also moved the old french doors to my garage as I requested. <br />

"The member and our representative made attempts to connect via phone at the outset of this inspection. There were multiple phone messages left back and forth. Upon connecting via phone, the representative gathered the address and pertinent information from the member and scheduled an inspection time. At the time of the inspection, the member was not present at the property. Our representative inspected, photographed, and documented very minor repairs (caulking weathered neoprene around a plumbing stack, re-seating a raised nail that created a minor lift in a shingle and caulking the nail head). It was the representative's determination that the roofing system was in excellent shape overall. Post inspection, the representative contacted the member for a debriefing. The representative was not able to speak to the member directly and left a voice message regarding the results of the inspection and minor repairs. Our representative did not charge the member for any repairs. The member contacted the representative requesting an inspection report on 9.22.2014 via text message. The representative agreed to comply with the request and provided documented results of the inspection via the email address provided by the member in text message on 9.24.2014 at 4:06pm. The email contains a brief description/statement of the inspection results, the minor repairs, and photographs documenting before and after repairs were completed. We did not receive a response from the member at this time or regarding our correspondence. We are happy to provide the time and date stamped email with our documented inspection results for the member at any juncture. If the member would like a report of our findings in a different format or documented on company letterhead to submit to a third party for review, we would be happy to change formatting. Any questions or concerns the member would like to address, we would be more than happy to discuss."

Originally quoted me a bid of $2350 but only had to replace half the boards on the roof so actual cost was less. Very personable, installers were prompt and worked very hard even though it was extremely hot that day. Good follow up from Mark who came out while they were installing the roof and again when job was completed. Did a great job of cleaning up. I was concerned about nails being left in the yard as I have a dog, but found none. Excellent job!

Even though the appointment got rescheduled a couple of times (Once it was based on my request since I was not available), they did an excellent job on inspecting the root for leaks, damages & Moss. <br /> Couple of singles were ripped off due to the recent storm and they changed it immediately during the inspection itself. The purchase was for a $49 roof inspection including $100 for future work credits. The 2 shingles were replaced immediately during the inspection itself and it was covered with the $100 credit. <br /> The Inspector was courteous enough to take time explaining the status of the roof, maintenance tips and honest feedback on how long the roof will last without any pushy sales tactics to generate more work out of nothing. <br /> Overall an excellent work from them. <br />

It took a while to get it scheduled. Alot of calling back and forth. When day came, the crew didn't. I called. He had forgotten his scheduling book. They came next day but they did not have a nail gun, which I had specifically asked they bring, as I had slats on a gate that I wanted nailed to cross board. They used screws instead, and several of the boards split, but I painted it and the gate looks good. They had to reposition the hardware for it to hang and did that well. The door frame was water damaged so only the bottom 6" or so needed to be replaced, plus some trim around a wall. I had texted pics of frame to him and he said he would fix and paint it. He did not paint it and did not fix the 2x4 that was also water damaged, which I did not see for several days as it is only visible from laundry room. So he came back out . He said he could not replace that section of 2x4 without damaging wall so he put a board horizontally from that 2x4 to next so damage is not so visible. Basically, took way too much of my energy to get this simple project done. <br />

Demand Remodeling is a professional company. Workers were prompt, friendly and polite. They cleaned up as they went. The painters vaccumed the area they worked in before they left. As work progressed, Demand Remodeling called with updates and to check my satisfaction. After completion, they called to ensure I was happy with the work. We are extremely satisfied and will call Demand Remodeling in the future.

After receiving 4 estimates for the job we felt demand was the best one to choose. They were a little higher in cost than a couple of the other bids by around $100-$200. However, we got the impression they come in and get the job done and done right. That is exactly what they did. They sent in a couple crews to get the work done. They communicated well during the work as to what time they'd be there each day. We did have an issue with how our tile turned out. When we brought it to their attention is was corrected. We were very pleased with the overall finished job. The house looks great!

Demand Remodeling are real accommodating and polite. They went with me to the board because I live in a historic home. I have to get my remodeling projects approved. They are punctual and are good about cleaning up at the end of the day.
