DeMarco Restoration

We own a small business in Philadelphia and after the last storm on Thursday night, September 23rd, we had a major storm and sewage backup that caused the water that was meant to go to the City of Philadelphias sewer lines, end up in our basement. Our 19x100 foot basement had four to six inches of Category 4 water- meaning it was contaminated with sewage. I called Serve Pro at 5:30pm and they promised they would send someone out in an hour. 30 minutes later I got a call that in fact, no one wanted to work so they had no one to help me. We had clients coming for meetings at 10am Friday morning, and our place smelled like crap! So I googled other businesses, and three hours and 17 calls later, I found Andrew DeMarco, who without any hesitation said he would drive down from Huntington Valley, leave his family, and help me out. Every single Serve Pro franchise in the area either did not call me back, or said no go. So I was so grateful Andrew was willing to aid us. He worked through the night, eliminating all the sewer water, cleaning the basement from corner to corner, disinfecting the area with an antimicrobial product, and then installed 18 fans and 3 huge commercial dehumidifiers to evaporate the moisture in the drywall that wicked up all the nasty water. His job is not done yet, as we need him to also do the restoration of the walls, but so far all I can say is that we all were speechless when we came to inspect the property early Friday morning. It was if nothing happened. The smell was gone, the basement has never been cleaner, and the whole place smelled like a bouquet of flowers!!! Andrew is a rare find in that he is a man of his word; a man of integrity that is so rare these days. No one wants to do the work he does, but he said he would work every minute until the job was done, and done correctly. Needless to say, I can recommend him whole heartedly for all your restoration needs if you happen to have water damage. He is a rare find!!!

Fast and great communication

I hired DeMarco restoration after my basement flooded from the hurricane Ida . I was really nervous at first and honestly skeptical about restoration companies because I didnâ t know anything . Let me tell you this from the start to finish DeMarco restoration was extremely professional, courteous and responsive the entire way . If I had a question it was answered and I didnâ t feel like I was bothering them . After experience such a tragic experience happen to your home you are hoping that there are people who really want to help you out and knowing there are still companies out there that treat your home as theirs is comforting . Highly recommend them if you god forbid you need them.
