Wonderful! He came next day and was right on time. After looking at our water softener he determined it wasn't worth fixing with how much damage there was and gave us great options for replacing. Sweet man who I would highly recommend for your service needs!

We called to ask them if they could refer us to a place to get a part for our aging water softener. He happened to have some of those parts in his shop, and will send us what we need, no charge! Nobody does that sort of thing any more. Demaree's is where we'll go when it's time to get a new system.

Bud figured out why our water softener wasn't working and replaced the rotor and seal kit. Softener is working great again! We'd previously had two different plumbers come out to try to fix it without success. We discovered that while plumbers may be good at installing softeners, they are not good at repairing them! Bud clearly knew his way around every facet of the softener. He could tell just by listening to it what was wrong. Plus, he had the necessary parts to fix it right in his truck! We didn't have to wait for him to order anything. Bud is responsive to phone calls and responds quickly to email. He arrived promptly at 10 am as scheduled. (No waiting around for a 5 hour window like when I called the plumbers.) On top of all that, Bud is just a really nice guy! I can't recommend him highly enough. <br />

As usual they were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Our softener is no longer being produced by the manufacturer so each call that requires parts over the years has required installation of one of their finite stock of replacement parts. <br /> They gave us a deal on the replacement part, and even carried in our two remaining salt blocks! Great folks to work with. <br />

VERY PROFESSIONAL-WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. PRICE WAS BEST OF ALL ESTIMATES AND QUALITY OF EQUIPMENT WAS TOP OF THE LINE. CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE -ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. EXPLAINED ALL PHASES OF SOLUTIONS. REMOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW WATER SOFTENER, WHICH IS A TOP OF THE LINE SOFTENER, AT A VERY FAIR PRICE.
