Delays, delays, delays. This project was started in Spring of 2021. The retaining wall was completed by the fall, however repeatedly through the project timelines that were promised were missed with no warning or explanation despite me rescheduling meetings and taking days off of work to be present. As of November 2021 we both agreed to complete the yardwork and step construction in Spring of 2022 as doing so in the winter wasn't feasible. I've attached numerous screenshots at the imgur link below as evidence that over the source of 2022 alone, five different self-imposed timelines have been missed. I pre-paid the money for the yardwork as I felt bad that someone else was trying to demand a refund of $8,000, I can see why now. Do NOT work with these people. Projects will delay, deadlines will be missed, and you'll be lucky to see the project to completion. To be fair, the work that WAS completed was high quality, and I am completely pleased with that aspect., [*** Link removed ***]

Very well - Scott and his team kept us apprised of each step, when materials would be delivered, etc. We had a few rain days but they finished in the time frame they had quoted. We are very pleased with the results, and have already recommended them to two of our neighbors.

It was great - took the 2 days they had projected, cost was under 1/2 of other fencing companies. We just needed their labor as we had purchased all of the supplies. We willl most likely hire them for some hardscaping work next spring.

This is the second project that I engaged DeMeulles services. They created a parking pad for me off of our driveway and up against our flower beds. I had them use gray pavers in two different shapes. I really liked the outcome of the parking pad. It is attractive and very functionally correct. It goes very well with our black modern farmhouse. I found Scott and his family to be professional and attentive. Communications were always timely and appropriate. They were flexible with project timing. I have already asked them to execute a third project for me. I don't have any constructive/negative feedback... I was happy to work with them.

Extremely communicative through the entire process, pleasant to work with and trustworthy. Went above and beyond by utilizing leftover building materials to make additional changes in the yard not related to the original project. Excited to work with them again when I finally get my front steps redone too!

Needed a a cleanup and some general TLC for my yard before a family party the upcoming weekend. Explained the work needed and the hard deadline we had, Scott came out and provided a reasonable price. We set a date and after a day of rescheduling the team was out the next day. They did a great job addressing the areas I noted and even spruced up some extras without having to be asked. Work came in at the quoted price and now my family party can happen as planned. Would recommend!

Did good job but not very reliable with staying on schedule or returning your calls. Also did not put up my purgala has promised.

Hi Scott, Are you planning on completing the land clearing here? The area is much dryer now so you should be able to finish. The area on both sides of the shed, the edging and the regrowth need to be finished as well. Let us know when you will be coming. Brenda and Rick

Hired them to improve drainage,build retaining wall and fix sidewalk. Drainage is not any better,and have waited over a month for them to come remove forms on sidewalk that forms a puddle in the middle......

Scott Demeulles and his team showed up right on time, nice and early at 7:30 am. Before starting he communicated routinely with me. While he was here he asked good questions to ensure we were aligned on the plan. They delivered quality work with speed. I look forward to using his services for at least 3 additional projects!

Scott was super responsive and squeezed me in because I needed to have the pool surround done quickly. He had ideas and made suggestions about how to complete the pool surround so it would look good. When unforeseen circumstances from another contractor slightly delayed the project, Scott was willing to work with me to make sure the project was done on time. His team is fast and efficient. He even went the extra mile to assist my son on a pool cleaning chore. The finished pool surround is beautiful and I couldn't be happier!

Their communication was great. Everything they've done was phenomenal. I would recommend them. The owner and sons were fantastic.
