Joe DeMonaco and his company rebuilt our home at 1738 Princeton Rd. in Berkley. The wood siding in front immediately started buckling and twisting. Joe promised many, many times to come and replace the siding stating that it was a "manufacturer's defect". It has been well over a year (more) and my wife and I both have multiple texts promising to come and replace the siding. Joe never came. Joe does not answer or reply to our text messages anymore. I would never ever buy a house that he has touched again.

He is excellent. He stuck to the timeline and price when he remodeled our kitchen three years ago. They gave great options which made the planning easy for me. They roof was done just two months ago and they were just as professional with this as well. We like them so much we are currently having him work on remodeling for a building for me. I met him through a church group and he does a lot of work for our church as well. He is an honest guy and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

They did a really good job. Even my dad is very impressed with their work. They were really friendly and they cleaned up really well after it was all done. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.
